In just 2 weeks, we begin our 8-week group program, Inner Sanctuary - a space to gently explore the nervous system, somatic practices, and what sustainable health can truly feel like.

At Soma Haus, many of our clients arrive with long-standing health concerns. Recently, we’ve also seeing a growing desire for something deeper - a longing to reconnect with the body. Often, this comes after cycles of recurring symptoms, or reaching a plateau despite trying many different approaches over the years.

We’ve been conditioned to bypass the body just to feel better, fast. But fast doesn’t always last.

In Inner Sanctuary, we’ll open broader perspectives on health, supporting you in reclaiming agency over your body and your well-being. We’ll move beyond cognitive understanding and into embodied practices that help create new ways of relating to your body. And we’ll also do this together, drawing from the wisdom of the group.

Health can be a gateway back to yourself. And it’s not something you have to navigate alone. ✨❤️

Over 8 weeks, we explore:
✨ Nervous system science - regulation capacity and building your window of tolerance
✨Somatic movement, Breathwork, sound & yoga nidra
✨Self-inquiry and embodied practices
✨Multidisciplinary view of health
✨Community support

we’ve got something new to jazz up your weekly roster! as we begin to offer more movement & mindfulness sessions in different modalities, join us in mana movement — a class that’s centered on helping to bring you back to your body.

in this somatic movement practice, you’ll be guided through a variety of movements like spirals & waves that are meant to help balance your energy, as well as encourage its natural flow throughout the body.

for the days where you feel lethargic or disconnected, let mana movement work its magic in helping you feel just a little more revitalised x

happening on thursdays at 6.15pm | guided by @soma.spirals
