|PROJECT| Lozen monolithic desk

For @lozen.club , a women only club in Ixelles, we designed a sculptural brutalist reception.

We wanted it to give the space a strong identity and create a feeling from the moment someone walks in.
It also had to bring three functions together in a limited space: a welcome desk, a coffee corner and seatings, with all the technical elements they require.

After developing the drawings, we worked with @_lamenuiserie_ on the precise woodwork. Elodie from @revocstudio helped us in our quest to find the perfect texture and just the right shade of blue.

Bedankt aan alle partners die hieraan meewerkten. 👏

Mindful material reuse meets natural earth finishes in the Onafhankelijkheid project in Koekelberg.

By dismantling the former rear extensions, salvaged bricks, marble, and timber were repurposed directly on site. To complete the interior, the walls were finished with our Léém clay plaster red, made from excavated Brussels earth. This adds a warm texture that sits alongside the vibrant blue of the original staircase.
