🗓 20.–22. Juni & Sep 5-7 - Uckermark

🗓 September 19-21 - Naturhaus Schorfheide
🏡 Gentle Yoga classes
🧖‍♀️ Sauna with Herbal Infusion
💆🏻‍♀️ Lymph Drainage Massage (in suit)

As always, we’ll be sipping fresh juices to detoxify our bodies — and our minds from cravings and toxic thoughts. Curious to know more? DM me or link in bio for more details and booking 🫶🏼✨

What does it mean to be perfect?

Is it a life without mistakes?
Always knowing the right words,
always taking the right steps?
Or is it simply an idea-
a story we’ve been told,
but one that never truly fits?

We’re not here to be perfect.
We’re here to live.
To breathe.
To be present.

Maybe perfection isn’t about being flawless-
but about finding beauty in the small moments.
In the quiet, in the laughter, in the imperfect.

It’s in the pause between breaths,
the sound of rain against your window,
the feeling of sun on your skin.

To be perfect might just mean being fully alive.
Living with eyes wide open.
Savoring each step, each glance, each simple moment.

As long as your life is kind-
to yourself, to others-
let it be yours.

Not the life you should live,
but the one that lets you breathe
and smile at the little things.
