Still feeling the energy of OM Yoga Show 2026. ✨
our very first OM Yoga Show with Cacaopura. a little dream that became something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

sharing our beautiful ceremonial cacao with so many of you. watching you take that first sip, close your eyes, smile, and FEEL. those moments meant everything.

and then there was our ecstatic cacao flow… WOW. ❤️‍🔥

a room full of beautiful humans choosing to let go. to move freely. to stop performing and start FEELING.

hands together. bodies moving like waves. energy shifting. strangers becoming one beautiful community.

we laughed. we released. we danced. we connected. we felt ALIVE.

because yoga was never meant to be about perfect poses or how we look on the outside.

**it’s about how deeply we can feel on the inside.**

it’s about freedom. joy. connection. presence. and remembering how incredible it feels to simply BE.

this is why I do what I do. this is why Cacaopura exists. to bring us back to ourselves and to each other, one beautiful ritual at a time.

thank you @omyogashow for holding the space for all of this magic. and to every single soul who stopped by our stand, shared a cacao, moved with us or simply gave us a smile — you made our first show unforgettable.

**more feeling. less performing. more connection. more JOY.**

with a very full heart,
Lenka 🤎

Whatever you do, don’t throw away your leftover cacao!

Turn it into the most delicious, chocolatey vegan protein shake.

Add your favourite plant-based protein, water and leftover Cacaopura. Blend until beautifully creamy.

Honestly, you NEED to try this.

More protein, less waste and a whole lot of chocolatey goodness.

Would you try this?

The beauty of cacao? There are no rules.
In the morning? A beautiful way to begin your day.
At 11am? Perfect for a nourishing mid-morning ritual.
At 3pm? Enjoy it as a gentle afternoon pick-me-up.

After dinner, before bed? Absolutely.

Cacao is naturally rich in magnesium, making it a beautiful addition to your evening wind-down ritual.

Enjoy it warm and slowly, perhaps alongside a few deep breaths, a good book or a quiet moment to yourself.

Morning, 11am, 3pm or before bed—your cacao, your ritual, your way.

When’s your favourite time for a cup? 👇

If you love coffee, but not always how it makes you feel… meet cacao.

Rich, creamy, deeply satisfying, with a different kind of energy.

And ours takes less than 3 minutes to make.

10% off your first Cacaopura order. Try it. Thank me later.

Cacao, music and movement at @omyogashow 🤎

I’m so excited to bring TWO special sessions to Alexandra Palace this October with @cacaopura.

Together, we’ll explore yoga, breath and music to reconnect with ourselves, move with joy and celebrate being alive.

THE JOY FLOW: CACAO, MUSIC & MOVEMENT
Friday 16 October · 4:30–5:00pm

An uplifting blend of cacao, yoga and music to awaken the body, open the heart and invite more aliveness into every breath and movement.

ECSTATIC CACAO FLOW
Sunday 18 October · 12:30–1:00pm
Mai Chai Open Class

A dynamic flow using rhythm, breath and music to build heat and get your energy moving. An invitation to move freely, connect with sensation and feel fully alive.

Both sessions with Lenka Powell.
Bring your mat and come as you are.

We’ll also be there with Cacaopura throughout the weekend. Come say hello and discover our ceremonial-grade cacao.

Some experiences don’t end when you come home.

More moments from Italy. More laughter, more softness, more courage, more connection. Endless cacao, movement, tears, dancing, long dinners, deep conversations and the kind of memories I know we’ll still be talking about years from now.

20 women came together as strangers, friends, sisters, mothers… and somehow we created something that felt like pure magic.

I’ll never forget this week.
Or these women.
Or how it felt to witness everyone come home to themselves, just a little more. 🤎

Find Your Limitless, Italy 2026.
Unforgettable ❤️❤️❤️

What if menopause was the moment you stopped putting yourself last?

When you’ve spent years being the one who holds everything together, it can be hard to stop and ask what YOU need.

You’re busy looking after your family, showing up at work, remembering everything and making sure everyone else is okay.

Meanwhile, your body is changing, and you’re trying to work out what it all means alongside everything you already carry.

Today at Menopause Redefined, curated by @artemiscurated at @thearcbedford , we made space for those conversations.

I had the pleasure of speaking alongside my lovely friend @lenkapowell and @goldingtonavenuesurgery sharing their expertise.

I brought my signature Whole-Health approach to women’s wellbeing, and Lenka shared her work with breathwork and @cacaopura .

There was space to learn, breathe, connect and talk honestly about what women need through this chapter.

Because women deserve more than being told to “just get on with it”.

We deserve understanding, support and the space to take our own health seriously.

Thank you to @artemiscurated for bringing us together, and to every woman who joined us. 🤍

What’s one thing you wish more people understood about menopause?

The last few days have given me the time and space to really slow down… which, as anyone who knows me will know, doesn’t come naturally 😂

I’ve met some amazing people, laughed a lot, and had time to properly think about what I want more of in my life and what I’m ready to leave behind.

There hasn’t been one huge revelation, but I do feel different. Clearer, lighter and really excited about my next chapter.

Finishing it all off with 24 hours in Turin has been great fun, and now I can’t wait to come back and explore more of Italy.

Heading home with a slightly different perspective on things… and feeling really good about what’s ahead. 🇮🇹💜✨

And a huge thank you to @lenkapowell and her team for organising such an incredible experience 💜🧘
