Every single person on the team has an opportunity to make the salon a better place to work ❤️

No title, permission, or promotion required.

We all know that one person that shows up with a solution, a helping hand, or the exact encouragement you need on a chaotic Saturday. The one that reads in between the lines on the book and knows what needs to be done before anyone says anything. Anticipating needs before they arise. Never saying “that’s not my job” when something needs to be done.

Be that person. Celebrate that person.

Tag a coworker that makes everyone’s days a little bit better ❤️

LAW #11 — THE LAW OF THE INNER CIRCLE

Strong leaders understand they can’t do it alone.

The people closest to us influence our growth, our decisions, and ultimately our success.

Strong leaders surround themselves with people who challenge them, complement their strengths, and make the entire team better.

Leadership isn’t about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about bringing out the best in everyone around you.
Your Inner Circle should be people that lift you and that you lift in return!

? Am I surrounding myself with people who help me and my organization grow?

So many unexpected GOOD moments at our last Four Day! 😂❤️🤸‍♀️

Including a spontaneous hallway gymnastics moment to kick off Day Three!

Lots of learning, even more laughing, new friendships, great conversations, and memories we’ll be talking about for a while!

Get a bunch of salon owners together for four days and you really never know what’s going to happen. So much FUN 😂❤

We’re digging into the podcast archives for an oldie but a GOODIE! 🎙️✨

When you get the opportunity to sit down with someone as iconic as Vivienne Mackinder, you know the conversation is going to be worth revisiting!

From the runways of Paris, London, and New York to becoming one of the most respected educators in the beauty industry, Vivienne has built an incredible career. And she’s got some stories to tell 😀❤️

In this episode, we’re talking about reinvention, finding your purpose, building confidence, and having the courage to make changes when life (or your career!) takes an unexpected turn.

There’s a little something in this conversation for every hairstylist, salon owner, and beauty professional who’s ever wondered, “What’s next for me?”

“I don’t feel alone anymore” “we all have the same challenges” “I love hearing from other salon owners that understand” “I’ve taken a lot of classes but I’ve never been in class where everyone was so vulnerable and authentic”

Those are just some of the phrases we heard over and over again this last week at our Four Day Intensive Class 💙

This room being filled with the type of conversation that transforms businesses and impacts lives…. That’s the vision for the room. Will you be in it next year? ✨

Running a business has a way of keeping you busy doing everything that needs to get done, while the bigger picture keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

That’s why these four days matter so much.

A room full of salon leaders who made the decision to step away from their businesses, invest in themselves, and spend intentional time working on what they’re building.

Four days of coaching, honest conversations, fresh perspectives, big ideas, and practical strategies they can actually take home and put to work.

There’s something pretty special about being surrounded by people who understand your challenges, celebrate your wins, and challenge you to think a little bigger.

The businesses may look different, but the commitment to growing them brought everyone into the same room.

What a special four days. 💙🙌

Until next time…

Ever leave a class feeling inspired, only to get back to your salon and wonder where the heck to start? 🙋‍♀️

That’s exactly why we do the Four Day Intensive the way we do.

It’s filled with real conversations, practical strategies, and actual tools you can take home and put to work with your team.

We believe four days of learning should lead to a whole lot more than four days of motivation.

Jerry, and the entire Paisley and Stripe Team, we are proud of you and can’t wait to continue to support you and your success!

We love hearing what our salon owners are taking home with them! That’s a wrap in 2026 Four Days… will you join us in 2027?!

124go and Meevo share a belief that great technology and great leadership are stronger together.

Meevo gives salon and spa owners the tools, data, and technology to run smarter businesses, while 124go helps leaders turn that information into action! Together, building stronger teams, healthier cultures, and more profitable companies.

Our partnership works because we’re both committed to the same thing: moving the beauty industry forward. When you combine the right systems with the right leadership, you don’t just build a better business you build one that can truly thrive.

Better tools. Better leaders. Better businesses. That’s why 124go + Meevo just makes sense.

Thanks for adding so much VALUE to our Four Day class, MEEVO! 💙

Three big takeaways from another day of learning, conversations, and a whole lot of real talk about building better businesses.

One thing we know for sure? Growth looks a whole lot different when you’re surrounded by people who are willing to challenge the way they think, share what’s working (and what’s not), and actually do something with what they’re learning.

Two days down, two to go. And we’re just getting started! 🔥

One of the best part about being in a room full of salon owners?

Realizing you’re not the only one with a million questions, a few growing pains, and big dreams for your business.

Shared challenges. Fresh perspectives. Real conversations.

This is why we get in the room. 🙌

We’re wrapping up Day 1 of the 124Go Four Day Intensive, and already the conversations, connections, and ideas are flowing!

If this is what Day 1 looks like, we can’t wait to see what the next three days bring! 🔥

Character growth usually does not happen by accident. It takes reflection, accountability, honest conversations, and being willing to work on the parts of yourself that nobody else can fix for you.

The Growth Mastermind launching this January is the perfect place for this growth to happen ❤️

Ten weeks to slow down, get intentional, and actually work on the person you are becoming, not just the goals you are chasing… who wants to join me?

If that sounds like the kind of room you need to be in, I’d love to have you there. 🤍

Details for sign ups are dropping later this week and there are only 10 spots… so stay tuned 💙✨
