DAY 13 | WINTER ARC : CONTROL ❄️

I am putting together a softer version of exercises to get the body you desire. Working out doesn’t always have to be about intensity and force. It can also be about consistency & control.

WINTER ARC: LIFTED 🩵 mat vs. reformer

My go-to for the obliques ✨
Grab 3 lb weights (or more!) for at home workout
1 red spring on reformer

🤍 Legs extended = your deep core is working the whole time
🤍 Small rotation to one side, then come back to center with control
🤍 Slow beats fast. Feel the side of your waist doing the work
