POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A special thanks to my friend Josh Green for inspiring this discussion. If you're looking for nutrition coaching and practical health guidance, check out Josh at Link Nutrition on Instagram: @link180tx.

To learn more about the neuroscience discussed in this reel, I've linked the open-access review Exercise Intervention for Rumination from PubMed Central: Exercise intervention for rumination: from neural mechanisms to clinical applications.

As always, questions, thoughts, likes, and shares are appreciated. I hope this was helpful, and I hope you stay curious.

Consistency has always been the number one struggle in my effort to drop weight. I’d realize I needed to lose, start a program and eventually give way to my cravings and lose my battle. This happened dozens of times.

@link180tx has provided me the advice and accountability to maintain the consistency I needed to drop 15 pounds over the summer! Josh’s encouragement and correction helped me make educated, disciplined decisions even when it wasn’t easy! And those calculated decisions have led to an amount of success that I was never able to achieve on my own!

I’m grateful to have Link leading me on this journey to a healthy, disciplined lifestyle! I feel great, have more energy, and nowadays the scale stops at numbers it’s been passing for years!!!
