I’ve been following the work produced at @houseofdread_ since last year, and I’ve rarely missed an event so it was a fulljoy to get the chance to work alongside @leemagray and the whole massive and crew to curate the Rastafari reasoning corner at @citysplashfest 2026.

Give thanks to @lutanfyahmusic for the reasoning. Check out his new album release this year with an entire selection of beats produced by the man himself‼️

Big up @yolly.rockaz for the design on the t-shirt. Check out the good works from this multihyphenate‼️

Keep donating to the Caribbean hurricane fund to support those impacted @black.curatorial

Gathering with JoJo: in celebration of my graduation, in honour of my village | Powered by @livityembodied

One of the things I’ve learnt being in the healing profession or wellness field for some 8 years now, is that one must first confront his or her own need for healing. Over the last two years, I’ve been intentional about my need to heal, dubbing this year my restoration year with the following supporting scripture from Jeremiah 30:17, which reads, I will restore you to health and heal your wounds,’ declares the LORD, ‘because you are called an outcast, Zion for whom no one cares

In context, God promises to heal and comfort His rejected people, the Israelites, who have been treated as outcasts during the Babylonian exile. He commits to restoring their well-being, showing His care when others have abandoned them.

As I embark on this new chapter, my work will deepen into the intersections of holistic wellness, heritage and creativity, curating scared spaces that centre healing and promote belongingness for African and African-Caribbean communities.
