Next up in our Insatiable series we speak to Lorraine Copes, founder of @beinclusivehospitality and winner of the Veuve Clicquot Innovator award at this year’s GQ Food and Drink Awards.

Copes had a successful career in food and beverage procurement, before a drive to tackle diversity in the hospitality industry saw her pivot to launch Be Inclusive Hospitality.

She talks to @mollycodyre about why procurement is the best kept secret in the industry, the experience of facing up to the lack of diversity around her as she navigated her career path and the incredibly important work she’s doing now to create the change she wanted to see.
