last night was a good reminder of why we do this. ❀️ swipe to hear @2hei757 share a little of his story. from our vibe fest beat battle 4 years ago to connecting with @youngguru763 and working with @souloho3 this year. crazy how far things can go when you just show up. sometimes you walk in not knowing what’s next and leave seeing a whole new future. last slide is just us being us πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯ πŸ“Έ: @hookedupbeats @inversionimagestudios c/o @frequencyva stay creative πŸ’ͺ

Tony’s music is officially out. πŸ•ŠοΈπŸŽΆ A song that began with two friends creating together in the @frequencyva studio on September 28, 2024 now means more than we ever could have imagined. @acromancy and I made this together. After losing Tony, we made the decision to finish what we started and release it in his honor. Proceeds from purchases on Bandcamp will go to Tony’s children. If Tony ever made you laugh, played music with you, inspired you, supported you, or even crossed your path.. we’re asking you to help us carry this piece of him forward. 🎧 Listen. ❀️ Purchase if you can. Link in bio 🫑 πŸ” Share it with someone who knew Tony. And Bandcamp allows you to pay more than the minimum if you’d like to give additional support. This isn’t about streams fr… It’s about making Tony’s music mean something for the three children he leaves behind. Once Frequency, Always Frequency. πŸ•ŠοΈ #TonyCamarillo #757Music #HamptonRoads #VirginiaMusic #FrequencyVA

Maybe the best part isn’t what we create. It’s who we get to create with. These are the moments that make Frequency what it is. Artists, photographers, producers, entrepreneurs and creatives showing up, building relationships and actually enjoying the process. No forced networking. No competition for attention. Just good people creating good things together. πŸ“‘ Comment β€œπŸ“‘β€ and tell us what you create. #757Creatives #HamptonRoadsCreatives #VirginiaBeachCreatives #FrequencyVA

Tony’s light reached far beyond music. πŸ•ŠοΈ Thank you to @erinhollytv and @wtkr3 for giving us the opportunity to share a little more about who Tony Camarillo was, what he meant to @frequencyva , and the impact he had on our creative community. Tony and I had been creating together for years, and just weeks ago we were working on a song called β€œSlow, Fast.” We never got the chance to finish it together, but Tony wanted this record to be something the world heard. I intend to honor that. We hope to release β€œSlow, Fast” very soon, with all proceeds going to Tony’s family. This Thursday, August 20, our Frequency family will gather for our monthly Member Meet-Up. We’ll take a moment of silence together to remember Tony, celebrate his life, and honor a member whose light will always be part of this community. We also hope the person responsible for taking Tony from his family and community is brought to justice swiftly. Tony made people feel seen. He connected with people. He created. He loved. And although his life was cut far too short, we will continue doing our part to make sure his name, his art, and his light live on. Once Frequency, always Frequency. β€οΈπŸ•ŠοΈ πŸŽ₯ News footage courtesy of WTKR News 3 / Reporter Erin Holly #TonyCamarillo #HamptonRoads #757Creatives #VirginiaMusic #FrequencyVA

Music was fire. Connections were made. That’s why I love experiences like this. Music can bring people together… Appreciate everyone who came out, danced, laughed, and made another memory together. πŸ‡΅πŸ‡β€οΈ Who’s someone who would dance to this? Tag them. πŸ‘‡
