Elevate Performance is a science-based vertical and athletic development program built for basketball players chasing the rim. We take you through a real plyometric progression strength foundations first, then low-intensity plyometrics, then bounding and reactive work, then high-intensity training, and finally game-speed power all built in the order your body actually adapts to it, with real load management and zero gimmicks. Along the way you’ll train both one-foot and two-foot takeoff mechanics, since dunking on a fast break and dunking off a standing gather are two completely different skills. Twelve weeks, five phases, one goal: stop hoping for your first dunk and start training for it. Dm me for the best workouts and any questions you have
