We LOVE celebrating these ones. 🤍 Because when you’ve seen someone week after week, you know there’s so much more behind a milestone than a number. It’s the early starts, the quick chats before class, the favourite reformer, the instructors who know you well, the friendships made along the way… and a whole lot of showing up. Some of you have been with us for years, and we feel pretty lucky to be part of your week. Big love to our latest milestone members. We love having you here — P&Co wouldn’t be the same without you. x 1000 Classes Sara Gunn Kim Burgess 750 Classes Sue Foster 500 Classes Pam Carden 250 Classes Catherine Barnett Kylie Loggie Sarah Megginson Deb Sharpe Bianca Jordan 100 Classes Jessica Harper Emily Lockhart Iris Chang Marissa Wipp Trish Walding Emily Trezise Marley Norman MEMBERS OF THE MONTH Sunshine Coast - Mr Ian Butler a true Pilates enthusiast and all-round beautiful human! At Pilates & Co, we believe great instructors never stop learning. 🤍 This weekend, our team had the privilege of spending two days with Pilates icon Tracey Mallett—challenging our thinking, refining our coaching and diving deeper into the details that make great movement even better. A heartfelt thank you to Tracey for so generously sharing her knowledge, experience and passion with our team. Weekends like this are a reflection of our commitment to investing in our instructors, so they can continue to deliver the very best experience for our members. Every workshop, every conversation and every lesson becomes part of the experience you have in our studios. We’re excited to bring it all back to class. 💥 #traceymallett #pilatesstudio #pilatesinstructor #pilatesreformer #pilates

What a way to kick off an unforgettable weekend. 🙏 Back in January, we met Tracey Mallet in LA and knew we had to bring her to Australia to share her incredible energy, knowledge and signature sass with our Pilates & Co community and team. Last night did not disappoint. A Mat class that honoured the classical foundations of Pilates, sprinkled with plenty of Tracey’s signature spice, followed by an honest and inspiring conversation with Roz. A huge thank you to our friends at @letsgraze.cart for the beautiful post-class grazing table, our generous goodie bag partners, and most importantly, every one of you who came along to move with Tracey. She left us with one simple reminder that perfectly sums up why we do what we do: Movement is ESSENTIAL. @cleoharper_activewear @vida_glow @muse_aestheticsau @moveactive @hellonaturallycos @p3recovery_burleigh @kotuku_workwear #traceymallett #pilatesicon #matpilates #pilatesinspiration #pilates pilatesgoldcoast

CONTROL BALANCE — the final move of March Matness 🔥 Controlled. Strong. Precision. A true test combining many of the March Mat principals we’ve been through — moving with intention, not momentum. Kristen flowing through the Mat. Lucy levelling up with Control Dismount on the reformer — advanced and seriously strong. As we wrap up March Matness 👇 What’s been your favourite move this month? #matpilates #marchmatness #pilatesprincipals #pilatesinstructor #pilatesinspo

This is what investing in our community and team looks like 🤍 Roz & Sal recently headed to LA for the Pilates Journal Expo — immersing themselves in global conversations, new programming ideas and the future of Pilates. They explored 20+ studios and fitness concepts, learning from international leaders. And yesterday? They brought it straight back to our team. Our instructors moved through reformer blocks inspired by @traceymallett and @andreaspeir Showing what’s leading worldwide — refining, learning, evolving. Because this community deserves more than a reformer class. You deserve growth. Energy. Intention. Excellence. We’re so proud of this team — and so grateful for the community we get to do it for. 🤍 #PilatesCommunity #StudioFamily #ReformerPilates #Pilatessunshinecoast #GoldCoastPilates
