Life’s been a mix of getting choked, lifting heavy things, and convincing a tiny cat that I’m worthy of love. 🥋🏋️🐈

Excited to start working on my strength & conditioning

Trying to get better at learning! Love this app BJJ Recall for making notes & trying to consciously remember things

Came back from training one day to a stray kitty moving in… can a cat & dog be friends? let’s see🤣

Liverpool dump 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

4 incredible days in Liverpool from meeting new people who instantly felt like family. Thank you @lita_a_cola @brittany.harder & @spatchzilla for taking us under their wing and coaching max all the way to his match 🙏🫶

Getting to watch Max be part of one of the best grappling promotions in the UK @grapplefest even though I couldn’t compete like I was suppose to I’m so happy I was able to come and support the entire @daisyfreshjiujitsu crew 💥

Learning from @jakeod_essencebjj even being on the sidelines, such great stuff and an even more genuine human

Congrats to the double champ @adelefornarino 👑👑
& @brandonreed3x showing everyone just how athlete he is for a heavy weight 😂😂💥

So many friendships, laughs, and memories made along the way. Grateful for every moment and excited for wherever this pretty awesome, crazy life takes us next ❤️
