August highlight reel 🎞️

The camera roll shows a life full, fire babies water logged in a fire season, wrapped in friends and family and adventures. It is.

It’s also a simulation full of tests and triggers. These last two weeks have been a little bit wtf, a little bit death and rebirth-y, a little bit “oh you thought you lived that already? xo eclipse season.” Lil bit cunty and not in the British way.

Oh, you too? You good? From what I’ve heard, it’s many of us so… there’s that. 🙋🏾‍♂️

Still grateful, still grieving. We out here.
Duality baby.

There’s always something else to do, some reason to skip, to stay stuck in the same spot you started, but it turns out

just getting off your ass for a few minutes, getting a little morning sun on those cheeks (either set works I think), and remembering how cool it is to have a body,

the privilege to be in it!

gets the job done and shifts the whole timeline.

Today I was not feeling it, I wanted to slug for the last day of our intercostal cruise. did it anyway and 💥

@vilmalizbosque and @parhambrahma met at V’s 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2023. She was already the best of the best in the online movement and fitness industry, P’s ytt was more of a calling to deeper connection through her body and mind. We found each other.

Since then, we’ve been exploring parts of ourselves and the world together. Learning, evolving, expanding the app’s program, dreaming up future projects, keeping the work load alive and as light as possible.

THE VBMETHOD RETREAT WENT OUT TODAY. 🫰🇨🇷
🗓️ August 1-7, 2027
📍 Nosara, Costa Rica

Strong and soft in true Feminine Form, we are wrapping somatics and Ayurveda into the yoga and Pilates you already love. @vbmethodfitness

If you think you were meant to be on the early bird list and you want the details before the sign up goes public, let us know! The link goes public in September.

I’ve been leaning a lot on doing less, but better.

I’m learning to pass on things that don’t check all the boxes of the vision, like a 7 or 8 out of 10.

Imagine six black dresses that are almost right, but none are perfect and now they’re taking up all room in your closet.

8’s are tempting, but they occupy space and divert energy from the chance that’s waiting to see if you’ll bet on it with your disciplined pursuit of the perfect fit ⭐️

Honing my skill to remove excess and obstacles means saying no more often than yes to opportunities that hit my inbox, reducing my effort and my decision fatigue.

I started with a transformational women’s retreat without passports or customs this time, in my hometown, and it was simply potent. 10/10.

Bringing forth more by removing more.
Here are my ⭐️:

⭐️ 10/10: ONE ALL-IN COLLAB WOMENS RETREAT: AUGUST 1-7, 2027
*with only 15 spots open on the waitlist* with @vbmethodfitness @vilmalizbosque at @tierraencantadacr

⭐️ 10/10: EMBODIED TEACHER (anatomical creative sequencing) MENTORSHIP

By passion and request ❤️‍🔥
I’m opening FOUR 1:1 mentorship spaces for yoga teachers complete with a retreat-like fall immersion in the OBX for feedback! You get my experience co-creating and teaching a YA 200-hour YTT, creative sequencing, core training modules, and the framework I built to bridge the gaps most trainings leave. Teach with your authentic voice, intentional sequencing, crystal-clear cueing, and lasting confidence. You don’t need another 200 hours. You need the right 20.

Less, but better.

+ 100/10 ⭐️ , SCREAMING HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my firecracker friend Jac 🦁 🧨

💸 ETM is 50% off until September!
👯‍♂️ Retreat goes out to family first.

Stop ju-lying. Start trusting.

Potential isn’t a plan.

Softness is strength.

Actions over promises.

Alignment over attachment.

Peace is productive.

Trust the pattern.

Presence over potential.

Choose yourself gently.

Reciprocity matters.

Home begins within.

Honor your intuition.

Truth over comfort.

Grace over guilt.

Forward looks good.

Boundaries create freedom.

Clarity is kindness.

Trust your timing.

Discernment is self-love.

Love needs effort.
