Can we talk about how ridiculous 8am Saturday games are? It’s the one day I could sleep in, and instead I’m hunting for a shin guard at 6:45. My coffee hasn’t kicked in, and someone is crying because their socks feel weird. Then we get to the field and it’s freezing. And somehow I’d still never miss one. Pack the cooler, grab the chairs, and bring the pink drinks. Raddy is a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes. Tell me the earliest game time you’ve survived. Comment RADDY if you want to be first to try it. #soccermom #toddlermom #baseballmom #toddler

Things I say as a boy mom that would sound unhinged to literally anyone else. I’ve told someone not to lick the dog. I’ve asked why there’s a rock in the dryer. I’ve said “we don’t wrestle at the dinner table” more times than I can count. And every single day I ask why the water bottle came home full again. That last one I finally fixed. Nobody posts about this side of launching a brand as a mom. You see the launch posts and the pretty product shots. You don’t see the label edits at 11pm or the samples packed while the kids finish homework. You don’t see the money going out months before a single order comes in. You don’t see the weekends you say no to. I’m sharing it anyway, because that’s the real version. Raddy is a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes, and it launches November 27. Follow along, I’m sharing every step. Raising elementary-aged boys means I get roasted on a daily basis. This week alone, I was informed that I’m cooked. One of them is fully convinced the other team is still scared of him. And the rest of the week only got wilder from there. But my favorite was “Mom, when do all my Raddys come?” Buddy, you and me both. Raddy is a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes, and it launches November 27. Drop the most unhinged thing your kid said this week. Nobody warned me the hardest part of being a boy mom would be getting him to drink. When they were little, I thought the sleepless nights were the hard part. Then came the tantrums, the skinned knees, and the attitude. I handled all of it. What I could not crack was the water bottle that came home full after every practice. So I stopped fighting it and made something he actually asks for. Raddy is a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes. Part 2 of letting my kids judge my new product, and this time I asked them to sell it to you. After the taste test, they had a lot of opinions. So I handed them the mic. No script, no rehearsal, just my boys and a pink drink. Honestly, they might be better at marketing than me. Literally hiding the product from him. I’m not here to brag, but… Kids don’t do polite. If they don’t like something, you’ll know in about half a second. That’s exactly why they got the final say on every flavor I tested. Strawberry Lemonade is the one that made it past them. What I thought running a business with kids would look like versus what it actually looks like. I pictured quiet mornings at a desk with a hot coffee. Instead, I answer emails with a kid on my lap and take calls from the sideline. Work-life balance turned into more of a work-life blender, and I’ve made peace with it. The part I didn’t expect is how much my kids would be part of it. They’re my toughest taste testers and my loudest cheerleaders. That’s why my second brand, Raddy, is built for them. What my kids think I do all day versus what I actually do. In their eyes, I drink coffee, stare at my phone(sometimes), and drive them everywhere. What they don’t see is the emails before carpool and the business calls from the pickup line. They definitely don’t know their favorite pink drink took me many flavors and months to get right. To them it’s just the drink mom makes. Honestly, that’s the best review I could ask for. 5 mistakes I’ve made starting a kids’ drink brand as a 36-year-old mom, and I’m only a month in. I built my first website from a template meant for a totally different product, then spent days rewriting every line. I shared a stat before I tracked down where it came from. I even set up my DM keyword with a typo, which is very on brand for a mom running on iced coffee. None of it stopped me, and every fix made Raddy better. That’s the part nobody tells you about starting something. Raddy is a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes. I scaled my first brand to over $1M from my garage, and now I’m doing it again. Little Rad Things taught me lessons I still use every single day. The biggest one was to start before I felt ready. The second was that customers will tell you exactly what to make if you ask them. The third was that posting something real beats waiting for perfect. I’m using every one of those lessons to build Raddy right now. It’s a kids’ electrolyte drink mix made with Himalayan pink salt and sweetened with monk fruit. Save this if you’re building something too. Comment RADDY if you want to be first to try it. #motherhoodunplugged #smallbusinessowner #smallbusiness

POV: you have three practices tonight and one car. Somewhere between drop-off and pickup, dinner becomes whatever’s in the cooler. Cleats are in the trunk, a jersey is in the wash, and someone forgot their water bottle again. Sports mom life is a full-time job with zero breaks. The one thing I refuse to stress about anymore is what’s in their cup. That’s why I made Raddy, a kids’ electrolyte drink mix with Himalayan pink salt, sweetened with monk fruit, with no artificial dyes. Tag the sports mom who’s running the same relay tonight.
