I’m a pro makeup artist and the founder of the Beautiful Soul Collective where you can find my private podcast called Rewire & Reclaim:

A Holy Spirit-led podcast where high-achieving + multipassionate women of faith rewire limiting beliefs, process real emotions, and reclaim their identity, visibility, and calling to the marketplace.

Rewire & Reclaim is a faith-rooted, psychology-informed podcast that helps women:

❤️Rewire the subconscious beliefs that keep them stuck
❤️Reclaim their identity, voice, and visibility in Christ
❤️Process real-life emotions in real time (not just learn concepts)

Yesterday was so much fun! I got to interview my mentor at the Splankna Training Institute!

She was so ahead of her time! She was asking the questions most Christians were afraid to ask 30 years ago!

And I got to have a beautiful girls night with some local friends! We were so overdue from our Christmas party & January vision board night!

We forgot to take a group photo!!

There is nothing wrong with wanting more.

More opportunity.
More income.
More impact.
More visibility.
More responsibility.
More influence.

The question is: What are you asking the “more” to do for you?

Because sometimes we’re not only pursuing the opportunity.

We’re asking the opportunity to prove we’re talented.

We’re asking the money to make us feel secure.

We’re asking visibility to make us feel significant.

We’re asking being chosen to make us feel worthy.

We’re asking momentum to reassure us that we’re still on the right path.

And when that’s happening beneath the surface, our relationship with expansion changes.

A closed door doesn’t just mean, “That opportunity wasn’t mine.”

It can start to mean, “Maybe I’m not good enough.”

A slower season doesn’t just mean business is slower.

It can feel like, “I’m losing who I am.”

Being overlooked doesn’t simply disappoint us.

It can activate an old story of being unseen, unwanted or unimportant.

This is why I believe our capacity for more isn’t only about learning better strategy.

Sometimes we have to address the meaning we’ve attached to what happens to us.

The beliefs.
The emotional patterns.
The protective responses.
The ways we’ve learned to interpret rejection, success, visibility, money and being chosen.

Because we’re not going to stop desiring more.

We are becoming the women who can carry more without asking the more to carry us.

To pursue expansion without making expansion responsible for our identity.

To receive success without needing success to tell us we’re enough.

To experience a closed door without turning it into a verdict about who we are.

And as women of faith, ultimately, to let our identity remain rooted in Christ while becoming increasingly capable of stewarding whatever He places in our hands.

That’s Capacity to Carry™.

It’s not just about getting to your next level.

It’s about developing the internal capacity to remain grounded in who you are when you get there.

This skillset has served me well over the past 15 years… it’s one I had to learn at 28. Late bloomer one may say. But it wasn’t that. It was becoming a mom x’s 3 and an army wife!

Life changed and I had to adjust too! But the beauty is God reminded me of a long time passion that I thought was off table for me.

He placed the desire there from the beginning and just when I thought I was giving up something he gave me so much more!

I will say I tried to even run away from this industry for a season. But he keeps calling me back, making a way, having people speak my names in rooms!

I’m so blessed I get to do this work! I am a creative, artist, spiritual guide, & coach!

What’s a passion that you thought was off the table but God opened doors to it after all?

Or maybe you’re in a season of not seeing those doors open up just yet… it’s ok trust God because he’s working out all things for the good of those who love him! @everyone

When you meet someone online, and you immediately have a connection drawing the two of you together, it’s pretty cool….this is how I felt when I met @love.lillies.photo she’s a phenomenal wedding and portrait photographer based in Chattanooga. I got to meet her in person (and photograph her and her boo) last weekend during @walnutandmagnoliaevents and @theblackcatspa_chatt styled shoot. She is an absolute gem and so thoughtful and welcomes you with open arms.
