Today was a bittersweet moment as we said goodbye, to 3 of our young men, who graduated from high school and are now heading off to college. Our Burlington, New Jersey Chapter celebrated their accomplishments and commitment to the group.

We are incredibly grateful to their parents for trusting us—as mentors and community leaders—to guide and support their sons through the Breakfast with Our Boys program.

Several of these young men have been with us for over 10 years. We’ve had the privilege of watching them grow, mature, and develop into future leaders—each one preparing to pursue their careers and make a positive impact on the world.

This milestone is a celebration not only of their accomplishments but also of the power of consistent mentorship, community, and love.

We couldn’t be prouder.

A special thanks to Shannon and the rest of the @wegmans team in Mount Laurel, New Jersey.

Proud to be a wellness partner of @eden_autism! The month of May we focused on the many ways to build movement into our lives and the benefits of doing movement with others! It's so great how we can learn from each other during our monthly "Live Well at Eden" seminars! #wellbeing #employeehealth

Our New Jersey Chapter, facilitated our first mentorship session of 2025!

Kareem, our Program Manager reviewed, “Our Agreement” (R.C.C.T) which is done at the start of every program as a reminder to the boys what is expected of them regarding, being kind, considerate and respectful of their peers and our guests.

Todd, spoke about demanding respect and earning it.
Being respected is earned through actions, character, and integrity, while demanding respect is a form of coercion or expectation that often backfires, as genuine respect is not something that can be forced.

Burlington County, New Jersey & New York Chapters.

Donations accepted.

We are a Certified 501(c)(3) Non-Profit. Support our mission today! 100% of the proceeds go to providing services in our program.

One of my most gratifying professional activities has been curating, leading and facilitating these conversations with @theaphpt . These free flow book conversations have taken place live online, via social media posts on Workplace and instagram. They have facilitated deep thought and connection with each other and thoroughly influenced my views on what health is. I’ve completely re grounded my own Fit4Work teachings in them. I’m not sure who’s up for leading the next book @theaphpt but I’m ready to read!
If I’ve missed a leader or a book lmk!

Stress Management Techniques that are Proven to Work! (great for Election Day stress!)

1. Deep Breathing: Practicing slow, deep breathing activates the body’s relaxation response, reducing stress and promoting calmness.

2. Physical Activity: Exercise releases endorphins, natural mood boosters that help alleviate stress and improve overall resilience.

3. Gratitude Journaling: Regularly noting things you're thankful for shifts focus to positive aspects of life, reducing stress and boosting emotional well-being.
