Overall, what a solid day. I couldn’t have asked for better support at the meet or going into it. I hurt my knee just a couple weeks out and was so happy things got locked back in literally week of.
Thank you to my amazing coach, aka Professor Thomas Coons @thegainsmanifesto 🫡 He made the best calls, helped me get in a better mindset when I was freaking out, and ofc made prep and the day run smoothly.

Thank you to the squad, Ahmed, my secondary handler @ahmed._.lifts Tina, with the most FIRE photos @tina_thieu and ofc Yasmin @yazylifts and Johnny @jnyissa who although weren’t there, support me on and off the platform.

And to my most wonderful boyfriend, thank you Andrew for giving me confidence when I felt I wasn’t strong enough, always helping me with whatever I needed, and always being my #1 supporter. I love you so so much ❤️ @bars.barbell
