The beautiful thing about getting older is realizing freedom is tied to how fully you let yourself be who you are.

I was the girl that loved horses but wanted to be a surfer. That wanted to accomplish but wanted to have fun. I believed my degree could go somewhere different even if my best skills were human connection and communication.

The older I get, the more I realize life isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to yourself, and loving her a little more every year ❤️‍🔥

I strongly believe getting out of your bubble 🫧 whether that’s your hometown, friend group, industry, routine, or comfort zone — can change your life in ways that are hard to see until you do it.

every new experience becomes evidence that you’re capable. And what’s the fun in not trying something new?

You get to ask:
* What do I genuinely enjoy?
* What do I believe?
* What kind of people energize me?
* What do I want my life to look like?

some of the most important moments in my life started with a little discomfort and a lot of uncertainty.

Maybe it’s time to see what’s waiting outside your bubble.❤️‍🔥

Not every month of your life will be memorable. But the ones where you do things that excite you, scare you, and make you proud? Those are the ones that stick.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful moms 🌬️💌

This space has introduced me to such incredible women, and mothers. It’s brought such a healing perspective and opened my eyes on the amazing chapter of motherhood since having these convos ❤️

It’s mental health month so I made you little notes as big reminders of what actually matters!! 💌

It’s so easy to get sucked into the weeds - sometimes we just need a bit of perspective because life is precious and we are so damn lucky to be here 🌷

Happy mental health month, you’re doing better than you think ⭐️
