Ever wondered what's going through your teacher's mind while you're in class?

It isn't just remembering what was planned and counting reps. 😆

Here's a peek into the very real (and very human) inner dialogue of some of the Grounded Spaces team.

Stay tuned for Part II as we let you in on MORE confessions! 🫠

My perfect bday weekend, a very relaxing trip to JB with my lovelies including a gold class standard chauffeur and tour guide/地头蛇, our best kukunathan June-nie! Minus the thrilling F1 ride in June’s ang moh car, All we did was to eat, shop, massage and more eat and more massage and heart to heart deep conversations with one another. It’s soooo goood.. Thank you for the 🌻 earrings that I had been aiming for the longest time, that big bouquet of 🌻, hand drawn card of Milo and another super cute Milo card. I really can’t ask for more. It’s perfect. Connie is very happy and eating a lot! Love you ladies.. 🥰

Here’s a glimpse into a side of Grounded Spaces you don’t usually see. We had a little GS gathering. Not the whole team (because #teachinglife and #familytime ).
But 100% Grounded Spaces energy. 🎄✨
Disclaimer: By 2nd video, you’ll be in stitches! 🤣

Behind the calm voices, steady cues, and grounding playlists…
there was candle-blowing chaos. 🕯️

We played a game where we had to say “Grounded Spaces” + the name of a class while blowing out a row of candles in one breath.
It was messy.
It was loud.
There was a lot of laughing, forgetting class names, running out of air, and laughing some more until our bellies hurt. 🤣

If you’ve ever taken a class with us, this is the other side of the teachers and front desk ladies you know:
the friendly “welcome to GS”smiles, the giggles, the nerves, the competitiveness, the pure silliness when no one’s counting reps or holding time.

For many of us, this was also rare.
We usually only see each other in passing, just before or after classes.

So having a night to simply be together, plus a Secret Santa exchange 🎁 felt incredibly special.

As a team that pours our hearts into holding space for you every day, this was a moment for us to refill our own cups, to laugh, to soften, and to celebrate the season.

And as you watch these videos, we hope you smile knowing the people guiding your practice and keeping your space clean & inviting are very human; breathless, joyful, and deeply grateful for this community.

Thank you for being part of Grounded Spaces. 🤎
This space exists because of you.
Here’s to a blessed December. 🤍🎄
