This year, we want our holiday shopping to do a little more good.

On December 3, we’re hosting a mahjong afternoon at KW Elite with a mini market of local vendors, and we’re looking for shops with a mission behind them. Maybe you create jobs for neighbors who need a way back in. Maybe your products are easier on the planet, or you put local artists’ work in people’s hands. Those are the businesses we want our agents to know.

The event is built the same way. Your booth fee is a donation, and 100% of it goes to KW Cares. So before you sell a single thing, your spot has already done some good.

And our agents buy closing gifts all year, so this is a room full of people who’d love to make your shop their go-to and tell their clients the story behind it.

We’re keeping it small, with only 10 spots. If you’re local, your goods are giftable, and you’ve got a market setup you’re proud of, DM us by Oct 16.

90 days until 2027. The new year always brings hope, a fresh perspective, and an opportunity to change.

We’re not waiting.

In what is typically the slow season in real estate, our team and our agents are still showing up. Yes, we’re slowing down. But to refine. We’re spending time reflecting on what we did well this year and where we need to tweak.

We’re looking at our budgets, our strategies, our Big Why.

We aren’t waiting until the ball drops on Jan 1. We’re getting ahead.

If there’s anything this rollercoaster of a year in real estate has taught us, it’s that it doesn’t get easier. Life doesn’t get slower.

This week, my KW Elite family threw me the most incredible “going away… but not too far away” celebration, and it meant more to me than I can put into words. ❤️

13 years at KW Elite. 11 years serving on the ALC. So many milestones, challenges, celebrations, lessons, and memories. But more than anything—relationships.

KW Elite isn’t just an office I’ve worked in for 13 years. These people are my family. My tribe. The relationships I’ve built there run DEEP, and that will never change.

And now, I’ve been given the opportunity to step into an amazing and incredibly exciting new adventure: I am officially the Operating Principal of two Keller Williams offices—KW Summit and KW Mulinix! ❤️🏡

I could not be more excited for this next chapter. Sometimes an opportunity comes along and you just KNOW. The stars aligned, the timing was right, and saying YES was truly the easiest part.

This celebration may have technically been a “going away” party, but thankfully, I’m not going very far. 😂 KW Elite will ALWAYS hold an incredibly special place in my heart—not just because of the years I spent there, but because of the AMAZING people who became such an important part of my life.

My tribe challenges me.
They encourage me.
They support me.
They push me to grow and become better.
And they show up for me—again and again.

I am forever grateful for every single one of you. ❤️

And Christy… I cannot thank you enough for the love, encouragement, and support you have given me throughout this transition. It has meant more than you know. Patricia and Rick… you are the best hosts! Thank you for lending us you abode for an amazing night!

Here’s to honoring where we’ve been, celebrating the people who helped us get here, and being ridiculously excited about where we’re going next.

If you’re not at KW Elite, you’re probably doing this solo. And that’s a choice, but it’s not the only one.

What an incredible week at Mega Camp 2026 in San Antonio! 🤠🔥

Three days of powerhouse takeaways, unmatched culture, and a Riverwalk that did not disappoint. 🌊✨

Out of everything we learned, here are the 2 takeaways every agent needs to implement ASAP 👇

🎯 Delegate everything except genius. Systems = freedom. Your business will only grow as big as the systems you build to support it — stop doing it all yourself.

🤝 Assume the best in people. Make them prove you wrong. Your clients, your leads, your team — lead with trust first. It’ll change how you show up and how people show up for you.

San Antonio, you gave us so much more than a conference. Grateful for the growth, the relationships, and the fire to finish 2026 strong. 🙌⚡️

Mega Camp 2026 was an unforgettable one! So much packed into a short week. I have a lot to share. Met some goals. Overcame some fears. Networked and made new connections. We are always embarking into new journeys and that means we are growing. We did the dang thing!!

Excited for joining the Gulf states region with @hungry_marty , #kwstxregion Galveston Summit, and then for #kwtechthehalls ! Let's wrap up q3 and finish strong in q4!
