ENC Ambassador Spotlight | The Stories Behind Our Culinary Scene Eastern North Carolina’s culinary scene is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about the people, passion, and stories that make our region unique. Luke, Äna, Jamie, and Matt joined us for a panel at the NC Rural Economic Summit, hosted by ECU and Business NC, sharing their experiences and perspectives on the food, culture, and communities that make ENC special. Their stories are helping shape how our region is seen and experienced, connecting more people to the places and possibilities that make Eastern NC home. We’re proud to celebrate these ambassadors and the stories they continue to share.

We had the boys cheffin’ it up in Charlotte late last month. Pecos ambassadors @rolling_bones_bbq & @matt_ssbbq were out tag teaming for @scout_motors at Harvester Festival! Good times were had, lots of meat was cooked, and even more meat was eaten. BBQ rocks 🤟🏼 #CometotheTable Photo: @tennent_rich

Yeah yeah yeah…..Y’all haven’t seen me in a while. I hope you missed me as much as I’ve missed you! You see it here: fried pierogi with @bertmanballparkmustard and OHIO maple syrup bbq sauce🤯 Growing up in Cleveland pierogi was a staple dinner item in the rotation. Sauce inspired by @chefsymon and @mabelsbbq4th 🙏 Game starts at 1pm on the tv’s, $3 PBR draft, Dino Beef Ribs, and of course the @thealphaclayton6040 jalapeño cheddar cornbread sausage💥 Cltbbq|belmontneighborhood|cleveland
