The Magdalene: soft, unpolished alabaster glows atop striated selenite. Made from two raw forms of gypsum, the Magdalene illuminates the unique growth patterns of each stone. Like our own stories, no two pieces are alike. . #industrialdesign #lighting #lampdesign #lamp #crystalhealing In a time of quick smartphone taps and frictionless interactions, the Magdalene offers a small sensory ritual. Cool and soft to the touch, the stone is the switch. This simple gesture slows the user down and connects their internal circuitry with the earth. Inspired by depictions of Mary Magdalene with an alabaster jar, a symbol of luxury, the lamp reminds us that our time on this planet is the luxury.

The best weekend of my whole life !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m feeling sooooo loved after the most special bachelorette weekend (& for @gdeimz committing to the bit and putting together this video omg!! I will be watching this every night before bed for the rest of my life). So much more to say later but my 31 year old self is exhausted the most full way possible! Special shoutout to the planners Rachel, Gaby & Teejay for making this weekend magic & to all my pals who traveled from near and far to be a part of this- ilysm I could cry. 💗
