The rumors are true 👀
Our next Chef Charity collab launches on 10/27 with Chef @philapans , owner of @mawnphilly and @saophilly. Two of his dishes will be on our menu for one week only and we’ll donate a portion of sales to a cause that is close to his heart. Mark your calendars to learn more and order next week.

It took FOREVER for us to finally snag a reservation at @mawnphilly, and I'm so glad we were able to go before we left the city! Of course we ordered entirely too much food - totally worth it 🍜

- green thai tea & agua fresca
- grilled saht koh
- khao soi
- thai crab fried rice
- beef noodle soup

If you can't get a reservation, they're also open first-come, first-served for lunch. Just get there early and be prepared for a line!

MAWN 🍜🍤🥩🧄🥬🍷🍚

The past three weeks have been huuuuuuuge for morgsphillymenu (and sam too honestly)… we have been eating through all our bucket-list spots. Our lucky stars aligned and we got a spot at Mawn to celebrate Sam’s birthday!!! 🥹🥹 The only way I can describe it - eating at Mawn was like finally meeting my celebrity crush (Last pic for my genuine reaction). All the dishes were heavenly, but some were more active in the paint and rose above the others. The simplest dish on the table was the garlicky cabbage, yet it was by far the best thing we ate. Two posts in a row have made it into my Philly AllTime Bites - cabbage ranks in at #2. The broth that the steamed clams were served over should be drunk by the glass, hence us asking for a full to-go container to take more home with us. Left Mawn and directly went to the airport, but two days later, I’m still here staring off into the distance thinking about my meal.

Just because. Obsessions. Yum.

I wanted to think of a way to share more photos of my life & what better what to do that than share some recent photos I’ve taken that made me happy. No explanations necessary; just because, some obsessions, and some yums.

I hope you find what sparks joy for you, too! ❤️

Happy Fall to all who celebrate. My favorite season of the year is living up to the hype. Here’s to my bites bites so far; wine time with @pompomflipflop and @kristenfaye617; tailgating Mawn with @phillyfoodandbarrs, @jenicainphilly, @mackies_meals, and meeting new friends; my fig tree bursting with fruit; and fun times with my family ❤️

Sampling dishes from some of this country’s best chefs - all in one room- was a highlight of this year. 😋

I’m still thinking about that lamb belly… 🤤

@beardfoundation’s “Taste America” culinary series is traveling from city to city this fall and it was delightful, delicious and decadent. Check out their schedule, scoop up a ticket and leave home hungry because WOW 🤩

quite possibly the hardest reservation to secure in philly iykyk!! but finally snagged one just in time for my birthday month (see tips below) 💃🏽 will report back to let you know if it was worth the hype 🍜🫶🏽

📌 my best advice to secure one:
they open the 1st of every month at 12 PM for the following month (on Nov 1st, December dates will open)! Have the reservation page already open in advance and know exactly what date(s) and time frames you want to book and just refresh right before 12 pm and click fast! They literally book in seconds!
