🎀 Ladies, please check your boobs! 🎀

I’m sharing this video because it’s such an important reminder of why we should all be checking our breasts regularly. 💜

I personally check mine every single day, having had issues with one of my breasts in the past, which resulted in MRI scans and a biopsy. So believe me, I know just how worrying it can be.

Getting to know what’s normal for your own breasts is so important, because spotting a change early really could save your life.

And please, ladies, don’t ignore your mammogram invitations either. Even if everything feels absolutely fine, screening is so important.

A huge thank you to Davina @davinamccall as always, for using her platform to raise awareness. When well-known faces speak out about these things, it helps get such an important message out to so many more women. 🙌

So here’s your little reminder today, ladies. Check those boobs, know what’s normal for you, and if you notice anything unusual, please get it checked by your GP. 💜

Early detection really can make all the difference. 🙏💜

We talk about hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, brain fog and aching joints in menopause... but there’s another part of getting older that we don’t talk about nearly enough.....our bladder.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Jane. I’m a Menopause Support Mentor, I’ve been supporting women for well over a decade, and I’ve got plenty of lived experience of menopause myself.

And as I’ve got older, I’ve definitely become much more aware of looking after my bladder and wanting to feel confident and in control, particularly when I’m out and about.

So when Jude @meet.jude approached me and asked if I’d like to try their bladder care supplements, I was genuinely interested.

And I’m interested not just for myself, but because I speak to so many women going through menopause who tell me that bladder health is something they’ve become much more aware of as they’ve got older.

I also know there are women in my community who are interested in more natural options and supplements that they can incorporate into their everyday routine, so I’m really interested to see how I get on with Jude and share my own experience with you.

And here’s something I didn’t know ...... two thirds of your bladder is muscle.

Just like the other muscles in our body, we can lose muscle strength as we age.
