Still feeling so grateful for this sweet opportunity. 🎀🤍 i got to teach at my first mat Pilates event, it was such a special reminder of why I love what I do and how much I want to continue growing in this career. Getting to lead a room full of beautiful girls, share my passion, and create a space for movement and connection meant so much to me. 🥹

I’m learning to trust myself more, step outside my comfort zone, and have confidence in the woman and instructor I’m becoming. Every little opportunity feels like a blessing, and I’m so thankful for the people who believe in me and allow me to grow.

A full heart, a grateful soul, and so much excitement for what’s to come. 🎀✨ Just getting started! 🤍

A reminder to all of us: this life was never about the fitness, the clothes, the trophies, the money, or the recognition.

It’s about the journey of unlearning what we thought mattered and looking around us to see who we can bless.

We are blessed to be a blessing. 🤍

It’s about the people we encourage, the lives we impact, the love we give, and the way we show up for others.
Because at the end of the day, what we have won, bought, or accomplished won’t matter nearly as much as who we loved along the way.

I think The EMOM Co Summit turned out to be so much more than any of us really expected.

I think it showed us what it meant to be really open. To ourselves. To each other.

I think it showed how strong we are, even though we often feel so fucking weak.

I think it reminded us that community is a word that really means something.

I think we all realized that we are capable of incredible achievement, and yet we are each incredible without that achievement.

We were built to be strong, and to be gentle.

We were built to be resilient, and heal from being broken.

We were meant to share our burdens, and carry others’ with them.

Being fit… it’s cool. It’s really cool.

But it turns out, when it comes to your self worth, no one really cares.

Whatever it is that you want in this life. Chase it with all of your heart. ❤️

And then once you’ve caught it.

Keep Chasing.
