@cothrancdt thank you so much for your b/artistry zirconia polishing kit. The results are amazing and so quick and easy to use. The assistants have already fallen in love with it.

At citadel we pride to innovate and do the best for our patients! This kit is the perfect addition to any office.

🎉 Congratulations Mel 🎉

Five years ago we shared a glass of wine as Instagram besties, which turned into a wild ride of a startup, expansion, and behind the scenes working on a BIG personal goal

MAIN STAGE AT DS WORLD

Watching you quietly pursue this, believe in yourself, and own the stage filled my heart.

Many will think it was luck, but the truth is you worked your tush off for years. You put your ego aside to accept all the feedback and mentorship offered along the way. Not many can do that. But you did, all while remaining our loveable Mel.

You did it. You crushed it. And I’m so proud of you!

Congratulations my friend 🥂

My first DS World Las Vegas ✨

Inspired conversations. Lots of laughter. Great people. Even better memories.

So grateful for the customers and community who showed up in Vegas and made these few days so special. 🇨🇦 Cheers to all of you!

You really need to see this energy to feel it.

One day in and the connections, inspiration, and motivation are already OFF the charts. People are walking away saying, “I want more!”

And honestly? That’s exactly the point.

We’re just getting started—come see what happens when the right people get in the room.

So excited to be at DS World! ✨ Such an amazing dinner last night surrounded by incredible women in dentistry. Connecting, supporting one another, and opening doors for more women to take the stage and share their expertise. DS World is off to an amazing start! 💕🦷

A wonderful few days with @thefrankspear and Charlene! ❤️

I’ve loved spending time together, enjoying Frank’s workshop, reconnecting, learning, and doing a little planning for what’s ahead.

Now we’re getting excited for our upcoming Art of Presentation Reunion Retreat at Frank’s home in Maui 🌴 — an intimate few days devoted to becoming a more confident, authentic and effective communicator.

There’s something very special about learning from Frank in such a personal setting, surrounded by a small group of people who want to grow.

Maui, here we come ❤️

Dr. Mel’s brother @jkofluk got creative with his 3D printer and we had some fun hoisting Lord Stanley! 🎉🏆🏒🥅

Confidence isn’t something you’re born with. It’s something you build.

One of the greatest joys of helping with Frank Spear’s Art of Presentation Retreats is watching that transformation happen.

People arrive wanting to become better presenters, but they often leave with something much deeper—a greater belief in themselves and the confidence to share their ideas with authenticity.

Mel’s words reminded us that this experience extends far beyond a weekend.

If you’ve ever wanted to communicate with greater confidence, connect more deeply with an audience, or simply become more comfortable sharing your story, I’d love to tell you more.

Feel free to send me a DM. I’d be happy to answer any questions about the retreat.
