A beautiful day for Meredith & Patrick, set against the Hudson River and the energy of New York City✨

They celebrated at @thepiersixtycollection a contemporary waterfront venue in Chelsea Piers, where sweeping river views, modern architecture, and the city just beyond the windows created an unmistakably New York setting.

From quiet moments before the ceremony to champagne, candlelight, and a packed dance floor overlooking the city, the day unfolded effortlessly, intimate, joyful, and entirely their own.

Congratulations, Meredith & Patrick. 🥂

This past weekend, I had one of the greatest honors of my LIFE: officiating the wedding of my two best friends, @meredithperry and Patrick. I love you both to the ends of the universe!! Here’s an excerpt from my speech because their love is truly exceptional:

“It’s worth sharing that we are in the summer solstice: the longest day of the year, with the greatest amount of light. It feels wonderfully fitting that these two chose a day that squeezes every possible minute out of the sun, because that is exactly how they approach life together: extracting every ounce of joy, wonder, laughter, and meaning from the time they’re given.

Meredith and Patrick, today, you step over the threshold into the rest of your lives together. Marriage is not just a legal contract, but a conscious partnership of love, loyalty, and unwavering support. May you continue proving that the best partnerships aren’t found by chance; they’re built, day after day, by two extraordinary people who decide that average simply isn’t acceptable.”

“Noise cancellation for the brain” lands. “Electronic drugs” does not. Same product. Different feelings. That’s everything.

Forget the lab, Elemind took sleep to the streets, on the High Line, at a Giants game, and even a random seat on a plane, because real moments convert better than any data point ever will.

Your brain has a rhythm. What if sleep was just about learning to follow it?

Elemind built a headband that cancels the brainwaves, keeping you awake. It is like noise cancellation for your mind, and the results speak for themselves.

What if you could turn your sleep on like a switch?

In this episode, Meredith Perry, CEO of Elemind, joins the podcast to explain how AI and neurotechnology could reshape the future of sleep health, brain health, focus, and recovery.

She has already built Elemind's first device that makes sleep an on-demand brain state.

"Sleep is the greatest legal performance-enhancing drug that most people are neglecting."- Matthew Walker, Best-Selling Author of "Why We Sleep".
