PRINTS
This was always one of my FAVOURITE paintings! A big 150 x 150cm on canvas - I can’t remember who I sold it to 😭 But the print has come out beautifully.

This is going to a lovely ENT doctor if I can track her down as a little thank you. Life is too short not to say thank you! 🌟💝

Also, I cannot believe my luck!! After using @metroimaging nr Clerkenwell for about 10 years to print my giclees, they have moved and their studio is less than a mile away from my front door!!! Result!!! They are the absolute best!!

The “Enrich Me With Your Difference” photography exhibition, marking the Bloomsbury Festival’s 20th anniversary and supporting the British Red Cross, ends this week.
My photography has been exhibited at venues around the world, including the United Nations Palais des Nations in Geneva, the Phillips Collection in Washington, DC, the European Parliament in Brussels, the screens of Times Square in New York as part of the See Me Movement, and at the Louvre in Paris, as part of the Exposure Awards.
Exhibiting my photography in public spaces, where visitors may encounter it unexpectedly, differs from showing it in galleries, where audiences have chosen to view the work. Each setting attracts a different audience.
“Enrich Me With Your Difference” looks back at a career of working with charitable organisations.
“As I look back on the stories I have been privileged to document, I realise that the photographs are not really mine. They belong to the people who trusted me, the communities who welcomed me, and the organisations that dedicate themselves to making a difference.
If my images achieve anything, I hope they encourage empathy. I hope they remind us that we are more connected than we sometimes realise. And I hope they shine a light not only on those facing challenges, but also on the remarkable people working every day to support them.
To everyone in the charity sector, whether you are a volunteer, donor, staff member, trustee, supporter, or beneficiary, thank you.
It is an honour to help tell your stories.” Jonathan Banks
Enrich Me With Your Difference is being exhibited at St Pancras Church on Euston Road and finishes on Wednesday 14th October.

When it was first suggested that I exhibited a collection of my humanitarian photographs as part of the 20th anniversary of the Bloomsbury Festival, I knew that it was an opportunity to inspire others to look for places in their lives to make a difference.
"Enrich Me with Your Difference" ties in well this year's Bloomsbury Festival theme of "Create and Celebrate" - where the creativity of the photography celebrates our diversity as something positive. The set of photographs showcase my work with communities in this country and abroad. Communities are built on good will and neighbourly charity. The work is all about supporting people around us.
Last Thursday 1st of October was the private view of, “Enrich Me with Your Difference” and was attended by many of the people I have worked with over the years. Thank you for the kind words said in the speeches by Wendy Solesbury MBE, Chair of Trustees at Compass Collective and Youth Engagement Manager of the British Red Cross, Nic Hailey the Executive Director of International Alert, and Pasca Lane the Senior Director of the British Red Cross.
“Enrich me with your difference” is an old African proverb from Togo that translates as … whenever you encounter something new, whether it is a person, place, or experience, you should combine all the differences, with your knowledge, understanding and emotional response, to build something positive.

Behind the scenes with Gered Mankowitz this week as preparations begin for his forthcoming solo exhibition, Lost in Rust, at @noonpowellfineart this October.

Yesterday, we joined Gered at the printers as he signed works for the exhibition, followed by a visit to the framers today to make the final decisions on their presentation.

Years in the making, Lost in Rust reveals a deeply personal body of work exploring Gered’s longstanding fascination with texture, form and the unexpected beauty created by time.

Rust becomes almost painterly through his lens. Weathered surfaces, stripped of their original context and altered in scale, reveal extraordinary variations of colour and texture — reimagining everyday objects as abstract studies of time and transformation.

An exciting project we worked on recently with @jennyprinn and @agencydu ⭐

Originally 16"x20" paintings on canvas, we had the honour of transforming @jennyprinn's beautiful artworks into 62"x78" framed prints!
