🌟Multi-Passionate About What Life Presents Me

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Earth & Ether. An Equinox Flow and Restore. This one is still sitting on my mind. But I think what I love the most about this collaboration with @michelles_here is how our friendship has evolved over the years. We have a special connection. Like, really special. Not normal. Not human. Telepathy is strong with this one. And so, when we put this 90-min yoga class together it was amazing to see how the blend of our energies translated into a kaleidoscope container of magic. Softness. Respect. Support.

That night Michelle brought me flowers and a card with the most beautiful message. It brought me to tears. To feel seen, valued and loved - but kind of unexpectedly - it really took me aback. I am so deeply grateful for the connections I’ve made at @everlovecollingwood and Michelle is one of them.

I’ve never felt more energized, excited and just fully myself in a class. So yeah, thanks Michelle. For accepting my collaboration invitation, for being this ethereal being who takes absolutely nothing at face value - and for saying yes to us doing it again. Because we will. And you won’t want to miss it.

Honour the changing season as we move and restore with the energies of up above, while honouring the ground that lives beneath us. Earth & Ether is a curated 90-min experience of movement and restorative yoga co-created by @michelles_here & myself.

We’ll move through the chart of the moment, in dreamy Pisces, then pause, integrate and receive as we rest. This juicy collaboration is sure to fill up even the deepest cup. Come and cultivate magic with us in a magical place (@everlovecollingwood).

In my career and my in life, I have definitely done some big shit, taken big leaps of faith and walked the walk.

In every single one of these steps/moments/big moves, I have been tested- the biggest test question,

“DO you believe in yourself enough to _______?”

I can honestly say, some actions are really freaking hard to make.

But in those situations, I have tools to help remind myself of who I am, what I am capable of and why I can confidently make that bold move.

Here are 5 Ways/tools that I use in these situations to Believe in “HER” -

1. Evaluate what currently stops you from believing in yourself
2. Work on Trusting your decisions
3. Lean to get out of your own way
4. Celebrate your successes & your failures
5. Learn to set consistent goals

If I can - you can! And if you need someone to cheer you on, help you and show up with support, DM. It’s one of my super powers.

BRAVE Woman - she who invest in HERself!

Let’s break this a part: WORDS have power

Investment ~ allocation of resources; typically money, time, or effort—into an asset, project, or entity with the expectation of generating a higher future return
Women who actively “pour into” their time, their energy, effort and yes, monetary too!

Themselves ~ It’s a Ripple Affect
Women who create the Ripple- an energetic vibration that touches the radiance of the initial drop and Affect (verb: that means “to influence” or “to cause a change to an existing condition.”

B ~ BOLD: Women who are actively building opportunities, standing in their leadership and are determination AF!

R ~ RENOWN: Women that are honoured, respected and positive public known; women who are Resilience, Vision and empowerment

A ~ Ambitious: Women that are strong, persistent desire to achieve success, power, or personal growth

V ~ Value: Women who have valour, integrity and high levels of standards & excellence

E ~ Evolve: Women who go after personal/professional growth, have GRIT (passion, perseverance and endurance), and are ready for the next step.

NOW….look ahead, BRAVE Women MENTOR BRAVE Girls…do you see where I am going with this??

We could talk all day about organic cotton and PFAS-free fabric, but honestly? The best part of Wild Moon isn’t the underwear. It’s you. 🌙
This is what it looks like when women stop apologizing for their bodies tracking cycles, free bleeding without fear, swimming on day one, teaching their kids about their bodies, telling their partners “this is where I’m at.” Every photo here is someone who decided their period didn’t get to shrink their life anymore.
The product just makes it possible. The community is what makes it feel safe.
Thank you for sharing your moon with us.

Absolutely not!

What do you think as to the berry to waffle ratio? 🍓🧇
