A Tribute to Mia — The Heart Behind Adhyaksa Club 🤍🌿

Some places are more than just spaces. They become a part of our journey, our growth, and our hearts.

Adhyaksa Club is one of those special places.

Surrounded by nature, in a beautiful semi-outdoor sanctuary, this is where we shared our love for yoga, where we practiced, learned, laughed, and grew together. From our early yoga days to our teacher training journey, so many beautiful memories were created here.

And behind it all is Mia, the founder of Adhyaksa Club, whose vision and love brought this beautiful space to life.

Dear Mia,

Though you are no longer here with us, your beautiful legacy lives on in every corner of Adhyaksa Club, in every practice, every friendship, and every heart you have touched.

You may have left this world, but the space you created will always remind us of your love, kindness, and beautiful spirit.

Today’s practice is dedicated to you.

Wellness day, but make it FUN, Easy Breezy Flow with MITO, MITOCHIBA dan SANA Studio✨

We started with Yoga Flow bersama Coach Mia🧘🏻‍♀️ Udara yang adem dan fresh bikin setiap movement terasa lebih nyaman dan mindful. Apalagi ditemani Air Circulating Fan dari @mitochiba.id yang bantu menjaga sirkulasi udara tetap terasa sejuk selama sesi berlangsung.

Lanjut The Glow Getter Juice Workshop bersama Chef Mini kami belajar meracik fresh juice yang bukan cuma refreshing, tapi juga bisa jadi bagian dari healthy lifestyle. Prosesnya makin praktis dengan Juicer dari @mito.id

Loved how this wellness experience wasn’t just about slowing down, but also about having fun, moving our bodies, and enjoying good energy together. ❤️
