Week 6 complete.

Using this time to fine tune my routine when it comes out pre throw, post throw, sleep, etc.

The simple 10 minutes of mobility after a lift is so simple but effective for jumpstarting the recovery for the next day.

Perfected a yogurt bowl for breakfast.

Eating, Sleeping, and Recovering are all crucial parts of me being able to show up and go daily.

Week 3 of throwing came and went.

Stacking days is the name of the game right now.

Being able to show up every day and give it everything I got is the best way to succeed in said game.

The pursuit of greatness is not an easy path.

“Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.”
‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭8‬ ‭NIV‬‬

Week 2 of throwing has begun.

Throwing with a human begins on Wednesday.

Each day feels better and more comfortable with the throw.

The inability to compete on field right now is almost painful, so competing with myself and making small competitions in the weight room or during conditioning will do for now.

“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.” Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭2‬ ‭NIV‬‬
