Feeling strong is part of feeling well.

At So Summery, So Chic, Michelle from RIGS Training Studio will share why strength and resistance training become increasingly important for women as we age.

Expect practical, approachable guidance on supporting muscle mass, bone health, balance and everyday strength with reassurance that it is never too late to begin.

This is just one part of a beautiful daytime experience created for women who love skin, style, wellbeing and a little time for themselves. ☀️

Hyrox Doubles 2026 done and dusted!

Signed up for the vibes and a good excuse to train together, and honestly couldn’t be prouder of our efforts. 1:14 finish… plus a cheeky 3min penalty because apparently we can’t count in order 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Surprisingly, this has only given me more fuel to train harder and have another crack. Round two, we’re coming for you 👀

Mark and I have been talking about opening a gym pretty much since the day we met… and to finally see it all come to life is so exciting!
It’s crazy to think that our “one day we should open a gym” conversation is now our reality.
Feeling so grateful that I get to wake up and do what I love every single day 💛 Thank you for having us, Mount Lawley!

In other big news, team 💙

We’re very sad but also incredibly proud to share that Mish’s time at STRIVE will be coming to a close next Friday, the 26th.

We can’t thank Mish enough for the effort she’s put into each and every one of her members, and for always putting a smile on everyone’s face.

She has become such an integral part of our friendly, non-intimidating community, and we’re all going to miss her so much!

Before Mish leaves, make sure to get down to one of her sessions and show her some love.

Going to miss you, mate, but wishing you all the best and good luck with this exciting new chapter! 💙

I thought I needed more motivation. More structure. Another podcast in my ears maybe. Heck a new office table to inspire me maybe?

But what I really needed… was community. 🤍

✨ Women who clap when you win.
✨ Friends who hold the vision when you forget it.
✨ Conversations that go deep — no surface, no gossip.
✨ A space where your growth is celebrated, not questioned.
✨ People who WANT to see you shine, not just watch quietly from the sidelines.

I didn’t realise just how much my soul was craving this kind of connection until I found it.
And now? This is what makes building a business FUN. This is what makes showing up feel light.
This is what I’ll never take for granted.

If you’ve been craving community like this too — the door is wide open.
Come as you are. You belong here.

DM “COMMUNITY” and I’ll share how you can be part of it 🫶🏼

6 months of The Strive Training Club 🎉

And what a journey it’s been! Strive wouldn’t be here without our amazing community who show up, lift each other up, and make our gym feel like home. 💖

Our celebration on the weekend was such a vibe 🥳🥳 a well-deserved party for a team that knows how to work hard (and play hard)!

The first 6 months have been epic! And we can’t wait to see what the next 6 months holds. Here’s to more growth, sweat, and always striving 😉 to be our best!

4 Sunday must-dos for a successful week 🤝🏾

✨ MEAL PREP
Get your breakfasts and lunches organised in the fridge/ your lunchbox so all you have to do is grab your meal when you’re hungry! This way you’ll be eating a nutritious meal rather than grabbing the closest take-away option

✨PLAN YOUR WEEK
Book your training sessions in for the week, and make them your non-negotiable. Treat them like you would a nail, hair, doctor or dentist appointment!

What else do you need to do during the week? Create your priority list and stick to it.

This will give your weak structure, and your tasks will be come less overwhelming.

✨SELF CARE
Read a book, go for a walk, enjoy the sunshine, jump in the ocean, have an everything shower.

Take time for yourself 💖 whatever that looks like for you - do it!! To set yourself up for a productive week.

✨GET AN EARLY NIGHT
There is nothing worse than waking up tired on a Monday. Go to sleep at a time that will allow you to have 7-9 hours of sleep. Allow your body to recover from your weekend and wake up feeling energised
