Elevate was proud to be a sponsor at last evening’s Elite Rewards Noodles & Networking at Jay Luigi SoHo, bringing Tampa Bay professionals together in support of the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. 💛

Elevate clients Draxord, Catalent, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay, TAMPA HOUSING AUTHORITY, Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Foundation, Benchmark International and SRM Advisors were part of the evening, connecting with fellow business and community leaders while giving back to an important mission.

What can 90 minutes of your time do for Tampa?

We spent the day behind the scenes with @mealsonwheelsoftampa to find out.

We toured their kitchen, learned how the operation works, and then hit the road to deliver meals to 17 homes across our community.

A typical volunteer route takes just 60 to 90 minutes and covers around 8 to 12 homes. You can volunteer regularly or simply when your schedule allows.

And it’s about more than delivering food. For many homebound neighbors, that volunteer also provides human connection and a wellness check.

An hour of your time. A few miles of driving. A real impact on the people who call Tampa home.

Every kid deserves people in their corner.

As the NFL season kicks off, we’re celebrating Play It Forward and the people who keep showing up for our kids!

Our kiddos and staff threw on their favorite team gear with Change The Culture founder Mitchell Hetrick, Benton Stone, CFB alum Trevo Saulsberry, and NFL alum Jordan Williams.

Here’s to a season of teamwork, mentorship, and always having someone cheering you on.

We had an amazing time teaming up with the @tacodirty crew to pack St. Nick Gift Bags for pediatric patients at @baycare @sjh_foundation Joseph’s Children’s Hospital! ✨

Each bag is filled with comfort, smiles, and a little extra encouragement for kids and families during their hospital experience.

A huge THANK YOU to the entire Taco Dirty team for not only fundraising but rolling up their sleeves and helping us make a difference for local kids in crisis. We’re so grateful to have incredible Tampa Bay partners who believe in giving back to their community! ❤️

We showed up for the 5K. We stayed to celebrate Nate. 💗🏃

The Change the Culture squad joined @celebratebirthdays for their annual Cupcake Crawl, running the 5K, celebrating their honorary Cupcake Kid Nate, and surprising him with a signed Tampa Bay Lightning puck. 🏒

@celebratebirthdays makes sure foster children and children in need get to feel celebrated on their birthdays, and we’re excited to keep finding ways to support their mission.

Cupcake Crawl + Celebrating Nate 🧁🏃‍♂️ | 8.29.26

This morning, we ran the 5K at Celebrate Birthdays’ 4th Annual Cupcake Crawl and got to celebrate their honorary Cupcake Kid, Nate. 🩷

Celebrate Birthdays works to make sure foster children and children in need have the opportunity to feel celebrated on their birthday and receive a gift. The annual Cupcake Crawl brings the community together to support that mission.

Grateful to show up for Nate and an amazing Tampa organization. We’re already looking forward to getting even more involved next year.

Our first CTC Tampa community gathering.

We brought together people already making a difference across Tampa Bay around one question what does it actually look like to change the culture in our city?

@travisdoodles shared his history of leaving his career, giving everything away, and following a calling that eventually became his non-profit Worth & Purpose and The Table, a homeless church in Lakeland built around actually doing life with people experiencing homelessness.

Thus is what we want CTC Tampa to be: bringing good people, sharing ideas that move us, turning those conversations in action.
