At the very beginning of Tango with Pole I would never imagine that it would go that far!

13 years ago I was scared to show these feminine moves that I’ve discovered with Tango Argentine, but my Pole community showed the support that every artist is needed. Walking the path from the idea into a global movement.

Today, Together we celebrate the Methodology Book launch and the artistic form that we cannot live without.

Thank you @miamipole @silviainmiami for throwing a party and holding the space for our last class in this walls! We mark the milestone of 10 years of friendship and non stop creative action!

And It’s only the beginning, so you better not kill the groove… 💕

Some books you read.
Some books make you want to move.

TANGOPOLE definitely does.

Thank you for the inspiration dear Mitya❤️ — and I’m so excited to bring a little more TangoPole into my own journey. 💃🏻

In some Buddhist traditions, the practitioner meditates in front of a candle, a symbol of the impermanence of life, but also of how fragile we are.

Today marks the beginning of my 47th year with this name, this body, this story.

And like every day, I’m reminded of how grateful, and how incredibly lucky, I am to still have the opportunity to grow, to learn, to evolve, and, of course, to create.

This awareness of impermanence and fragility has stayed with me for many years now. It has helped me keep moving, face my fears, my limitations, my own history, my trauma, my pains, and embrace life fully.

Like all of us, I have no idea how much time I still have in this body. And honestly, I don’t care to know.

What I do know is this, it has already been an incredible journey, and I am incredibly excited for what’s still to come.
If I’ve learned one thing along the way, it’s that the only limits we truly have are the ones we put in our own minds.

So, let’s go full on.
Let’s keep moving.
Let’s keep creating.
Let’s keep learning.
Let’s keep living, with passion, and above all with Love. ❤️

Here’s to the next chapter.🕯️

Nothing is stable. Life is always moving, changing, and evolving.
Dance is not an exception. Dance is part of the human experience .

For thousands of years, people have gathered to celebrate, to connect, and to express themselves through movement. Dancing has always been and is till today, an essential way to come closer to each other and so to ourselves.

As movers of Poledancing, we often focus on learning, training, and creating every detail, planning the steps and chasing “perfection” while thinking ahead. But what happens when we let go a little? When we honour what we already have and when we allow ourselves to trust to our own presence?

PoleContact is an invitation to explore the joy of dancing in presence... with another person...without a plan. A space where we learn to listen, to feel, to play, and to discover movement together in the moment.

Thank you very much, @aerialspiritstudio, for hosting our first PoleContact Laboratory. What a wonderful experience to share this vision with such a beautiful and inspiring collective of beings.
