21 Days to Fitness Christmas Challenge

We all heard that it takes 21 days of consistency to develop a habit, well let's test this theory by joining me in a 21 days to fitness Christmas challenge. The challenge will start on December 3rd and end December 24th. The challenge will include the following:

Accountability Facebook Group
Weekly Check Ins - weight, measurements, and side-by-side pictures
Meal prep and water intake guidance
Weekly cheat meal (notice meal is singular 😁) and
A daily exercise video from yours truly posted in the Facebook Group

To enter the challenge email me at mjfitselect@gmail.com

The cost to enter is $25 per person. All confirmed participants will be entered into a drawing to win a MJFITSELECT fitness starter kit. Additionally, first, second, and third place winners will be selected for those losing the most weight based on percentage.
Prizes include: cash, fitness wear, and or an hour photo shoot.
Now let's get our minds right and finish the year off strong and on a road to a Fit You!
