It’s finally here. A vision years in the making is now a reality. Our new turf field is officially complete. This project was made possible by the incredible generosity and support of @mlorenzen21 ,our donors, sponsors, families, boosters, and Fullerton Baseball community. We couldn’t have gotten here without you. But while the turf is down, the project isn’t fully paid for yet. We’ll continue funding the remaining costs over the next two years, and we’re asking our community to help us finish what we started. Every sponsorship, donation, and contribution gets us one step closer. The field is finished. Our commitment isn’t. Interested in supporting Fullerton Baseball? Send us a DM to learn how you or your business can help. #FullertonBaseball #FullertonBaseballBoosters

FOOTWEAR LAB LAUNCH Something new is coming to The Training Room. For years, I’ve looked at footwear through the lens of a physical therapist: not simply What shoe is best? but what is this shoe actually asking the body to do? That question became The Training Room Footwear Lab. Research. Clinical insight. Real-world testing. Foot health. Performance. Kids footwear. Barefoot and minimalist shoes. And traditional footwear when it makes sense. No single brand has all the answers. No single shoe is right for everyone. And barefoot footwear isn’t automatically better simply because it’s barefoot. The goal is much simpler: Help people make better footwear decisions based on the person, the foot and the job the shoe needs to perform. Over the next several posts, I’ll share the story behind the project, what the research actually says, how I approach footwear with my own kids and patients, transitioning to minimalist footwear, foot shape, performance, the rapidly growing barefoot shoe market—and where I want to take the Footwear Lab next. People Before Products. Movement. Not Marketing. The Training Room Footwear Lab is launching soon. Follow along. 👣 @vivobarefoot @xeroshoes @tolos @freetbarefootshoes @lono.barefoot @lemsshoes @softstarshoes @bearfootshoes @altrarunning @topoathletic @feelgrounds @whitinrunner @splayathletics @tenlittlekids @paperkrane_pk @belenka_barefoot @froddobarefootshoes @bundgaard_shoes @mukishoes @pedipedfootwear @seekairun @beavos.world @naturathletics @tokayultimate @flux_footwear @lejan.brand @merrell @newbalance #TrainingRoomFootwearLab #BarefootShoes #MinimalistShoes #FootHealth #FootwearReview

54 seasons. Thousands of games. Generations of Phillies. One unmistakable voice. 🎙️⚾️ Since 1972, Dan Baker has had a front-row seat to Phillies history. World Series championships. No-hitters. All-Star Games. Hall of Famers. The Vet. Citizens Bank Park. From Steve Carlton and Mike Schmidt to Jimmy Rollins, Chase Utley and Bryce Harper — Baker has been behind the microphone through it all. It’s almost impossible to put into perspective just how much baseball history he has witnessed. So we tried. What has Dan Baker seen? A little bit of everything. ❤️ #phillies #ringthebell #philliesbaseball #philliesnation #philadelphia
