The Lionheart movement culture is built around awareness, alignment and ownership.

Awareness is where intelligent training begins.

Alignment is the constant refinement of movement accuracy.

Ownership is being honest with yourself.

What does your body actually need to FEEL better, MOVE better and PERFORM better?

Not what your ego thinks it wants.

That’s what we practice in Align with Strength classes.

Purposeful natural movement patterns that puts alignment before strength.

It’s not for everyone but if you’re willing to slow down and listen to your body, it is incredibly worthwhile.

What defines us is the principles we practice in the studio.

These 5 principles form the core of what creates a vibrant, energising and restorative space.

1. Train the way your body was designed to move.

2. Explore your movement potential and have fun with it.

3. Restore balance in the body, mind and energy systems.

4. Be consistent with your practice and self-enquiry.

5. Learn together, grow together and support each other.

This is the culture we are building at Lionheart.

A space for movement, awareness, strength, restoration and community.

Loving this new workout 🔥

I had so much fun designing this program for the clients at @lionheartaus.

The diversity of movement patterns challenges balance, strength, mobility and coordination, which is perfect for a wide range of individuals with different goals.

These sessions are active, primal and fun 🌀

They work the whole body holistically, creating a feeling of harmony in the body after you finish.

I love this style of training and I’m sure you will too.

My 1:1 work with select clients helps with:

Posture, mobility and strength
Rehab and performance
Low energy
Weight loss
Inner work and energy balancing
Finding flow & creating harmony

Come train with me at Lionheart.

When did you stop moving simply for the joy of it❔

Play is not something we outgrow. It is part of how the human system regulates, connects and heals. ☯️

Playful movement can help reduce cortisol, support the release of serotonin and oxytocin, and guide the brain towards an alpha-wave state associated with calm, creativity and relaxed awareness. 🧠

Soul Movement brings us back to this natural state. ✨

Guided by Molly Rose, you will move through breath, rhythm, Yoga, Qi Gong, Animal Flow and dance shaking out stress, releasing tension and allowing your unique expression to emerge.🌀

There are no steps to perfect and no performance required.

Just playful, heart-led movement that helps you feel safe enough to let go, free enough to express and alive enough to remember who you are. 🧡

Move from the heart.

Play with your whole being.

Let the soul lead.

Don’t let age stop you from increasing your movement capacity. The goal is to keep as active as possible for as long as possible. Our client ces to use for rehab post total knee replacement. After the acute rehab phase was completed we worked on strengthening the surrounding imbalances that contributed to the underlying issue in the first place.

At 74 years old you can imagine it might seem an insurmountable task to take on a whole new form of instructions and self practice but this particular client has taken it in their stride and not missed a single session over 12 months.

From being unable to walk without a limp and pain to now performing half moon yoga postures and Swiss ball kettlebell Russian twists you can see that their progress has been nothing short of amazing.

Let yourself be inspired to stay on the journey of growth and purposeful movement at any age and stage of life.

Pain is your body’s way of asking for attention.

Sometimes that attention needs to go towards the joints, muscles, nerves and tissues. Or it needs to be directed towards the way we breathe, move, sleep, recover, feel, think and carry stress.

Often, it is all of the above. This is why pain is rarely just physical.

The body and nervous system are constantly listening to the state of your life. How safe you feel. How much pressure you are under. How well you are sleeping. How deeply you are breathing. How much energy you have left. How long you have been pushing through.

When your system feels overloaded, depleted or unsupported, the body may begin to protect and the body starts asking you to listen. This does not mean your pain is “all in your head.” It means your pain belongs to the whole person.

At Lionheart Integrative Therapies, we approach pain through the body, nervous system, breath, movement, posture, emotional load and energetic state.

We look at what the body is protecting, where support is missing, and how to help the system return to better balance.

From a Yin and Yang perspective, recovery asks for both. Strength and softness. Support and release. Effort and surrender. Movement and rest.

The goal is not just to get rid of pain as quickly as possible. The goal is to understand what the body is communicating, respond with intelligence, and restore a deeper sense of support, rhythm and freedom.

So remember, pain is information. The real work is learning how to listen.

Read more about our integrative approach to pain and rehabilitation on the Lionheart website.
