Just highlighting SOME of the MANY incredible women that train at The Den. 💪💪💪
We have implemented some new standards and goals to aim for amongst the team, with even bronze being a solid accomplishment. Proud of all of the incredible women that come through each week and absolutely smash it.
Let’s go for gold 🏆 #TheDen

This is TAYLOR 🖤

Your personal glute killer, core loving, disco dj queen 🕺

Tay has been part of the furniture here at ESSE for what feels like day dot, and is known for her incredibly creative yet intentional class plans fuelled by the vibey-est of tunes to get you through a serious sweat.

We adore this woman so much, she is extremely dedicated to her craft and will always go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after as much as you are challenged ❤️‍🔥

You can train with Tay Monday PM, Tuesday AM & PM, Wednesday PM, Friday AM and Saturday AM (she wasn’t joking about the living here part 😅)
