ARE YOU READY TO LIFT?
So I have been wanting to do this for a while...

I love teaching pilates but I’ve also spent years training in the gym and I’ve been wanting to share this side of training with YOU.
I’m officially adding strength training to the mix and I’m looking for a limited few gals to start this journey with me 🍑

Looking to...
✨ get stronger
✨ build muscle
✨ feel confident in the gym
This is your timeeee!
