Thank you, Astrid. So glad you were part of the training. À la prochaine. -MC 🫶

Full caption: “I flew to London to attend Michael Chipman’s Level 2 Advanced courses for the week. It was a lot of information to take in, but with Michael’s expertise, talent, and patience, he managed to make every day fun, exciting, and very structured.

Michael is a truly talented Master Trainer, and one day I aspire to be just like him as a teacher and coach. Doing the Level 2 education not only deepens your skills as a coach, but also gives you a much greater understanding of the Lagree method as a whole.

When I returned to the studios where I work and started applying the new things I had learned, the feedback was nothing but positive. It has made my teaching more nuanced, creative, and fun. The clients loved it, I loved it, and I will definitely sign up for any other course that Mr. Chipman hosts.

I think it takes a great teacher to create an environment where other coaches feel secure and comfortable enough to try new things, and Michael does that exceptionally well. His knowledge and teaching style make you feel supported while still challenging you to grow.

I would highly recommend Level 2 certification to anyone who wants to deepen their skills and develop further as a coach. It will elevate you as a teacher and give you a deeper appreciation and understanding of the Lagree method.

Another big plus is that you can choose to do the education in-house or online, which gives you the opportunity to connect with coaches from all over the world. Lagree connects us trainers from so many different places, and that is something I really love about this community.

Thank you, Michael, for an inspiring and genuinely enjoyable week of education!”

When the countdown begins and those “seconds away” feel a little longer than expected, that is where the magic happens. It is the exact moment where physical exertion turns into mental resilience, giving you the perfect opportunity to quiet the mind, focus on your breath and test your true endurance.

Instead of looking at the clock, trust the process, trust your coach and welcome the challenge. You are always stronger than you think.

See you in the RIDE room!💜🚴‍♀️

Throwing it back to this killer session with @movementbyastrid . 🔥🥵

Certified… but the journey is just getting started !

Getting certified doesn’t mean you’ve made it. It means you’ve earned the right to keep learning, improving, and showing up every single day.

That’s what I love about Lagree. It’s all about precision, control, resilience, and mental strength. Every workout is a new challenge, and every challenge is a chance to become stronger.

Never stop practicing. Never stop growing. Never stop challenging yourself.
