This Sunday sees the first workshop in Bristol, UK @yogaonthesquare - find full details on the website www.movemoremp.com (link in bio). To reserve your space, email info@movemoremp.com
-
During the workshop we will also explore elements of floor connection & locomotion, presented in various contexts and containers.
-
This simple - yet fundamental - lateral rolling pattern is taken from the Online Support video library as part of an introduction to contact floorwork. If you are interested in complete programming and guidance towards developing your movement potential, PM or find full details on the website too.

Thank you @davidsuivez for hosting a @movementmasterclass with me this past weekend in Zürich, allowing me to share some things of my own practice and how I apply what I learn from my teachers in different contexts. I had more impressions in 72 hours than I have in an average month. Meeting your wonderful family tribe was a true gift. The way you are with Kosmo will inspire me for a long time! You are the perfect host truly and I wish you all you hope for with your projects, you have the 'eye'. Amazing that we had our 73 year old lady & new friend with us, teaching us what movement is all about beyond the skills and sweating. See you in January! #movementmasterclass #zurich #fightingmonkey_practice #fightingmonkey_rootlessroot #eliteathletes #ageing #longevity

#TeamRope
