Cracked screen → clean finish. 📱🔧

Couldn’t leave my bro at the park with a damaged display. After replacing the screen and testing everything, it was back to looking and working properly. ✔️

No shortcuts. Just a clean repair done right.

110 stories in honor of the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, the first responders, service members, families, and everyone forever changed by September 11.

Today’s workout was more than just climbing stairs. It was a reminder of sacrifice, courage, resilience, and the importance of remembering. Grateful to share the climb with an amazing group of people and to take a moment to honor those who gave so much.

We remember. We honor. We never forget. 🇺🇸

Big shoutout to De’Shaun for hosting this one and bringing everyone together for such a meaningful workout.

1-0. Reset. Refocus.

Coach De’Shaun reminding the group that winning one rep, one session, or one game doesn’t mean the work is finished. The goal is to stay present, keep raising the standard, and never get comfortable enough to plateau.

Grab your gym partner & try this
Me: 80 lb DB | Him: 100 lb DB

5 squats → hold at 90° while your partner does 5
Then switch & do 4→ 3 → 2 → 1

Who are you trying this with??
