P O D C A S T 🎙 . You may or may not know that I joined the ever wonderful @deborah_campbell1 of @wearefuturefemale on a few podcast recordings earlier this year to interview different people on their perceptions of equality & how they’ve come to those views along their own journeys. Following threads of conversations that started in the same place, lead us through topics of sexism & then into wider discussions around equity & inclusion was fascinating, cathartic & eye opening. Not least because I got to meet & connect with awesome people like @phyllidaswift. Loved being a part of her episode in particular & learning from her story & experiences. . LINK IS IN MY BIO & check out her TED Talk too!! . REPOST @phyllidaswift “a total joy to speak to @deborah_campbell1 and @emma_gardner_elvis about all things equality and intersectionality. It's not often that I get to really delve into the nuance of campaigning in a world that doesn't regard 'disfigurement' as an equality issue in the same respect as others. Thank you for letting me ramble on and thank you for having me on to such an important podcast which hosts such vital conversation. 🙌❤️ ・・・ ‘Being a woman with a facial scar means that I am seen as damaged goods.’ Phyllida Swift. . #bornequal #wearefuturefemale #timesup #metoo #feminism #womensupportingwomen #womenempowerment #equality #everydaysexism #mensupportingwomen #womensupportingmen #everydayequality #equalityforeveryone #pressforprogress #habitualsexism #socialchange #reframethinking #FutureFeMale #bethechange #sexism .
