In January, I completed yoga teacher training at @houseofom.bali in Bali. For 22 days I woke up at 5am and learned about yoga history, philosophy and practice. What began as a goal to become a qualified teacher turned into a time for self-discovery and reflection.

Thank you to each person who played a part in this experience, grateful to those I shared this space with and excited to see where each one of us ends up🫶
