We will miss you so much Caro! From seeing the beginning of my running journey and helping me complete my first 10k together to now training for my first marathon. I put down the running shoes for a sec and picked up my iPad to design POVSRUN’s race day tees for the Barcelona Half last month. Safe to say the team did the tees justice. Over 30 runners came through. For some it was their first half, and for others, they were chasing PB’s or helping others get there’s.

Thank you again to @pov_fitness and @movewith.caro for trusting me to create another piece of memorable kit for the team.

Yesterday ran the London 10k, hit a PB of 45:40 so I’m proud of that. Next 10k we will aim for the 45min mark. Race season had officially kicked off 🤞🏼📈

Today's a super special day for me, it's officially been 1 year since I've started running and it's honestly changed my life. I've met so many amazing people, had the privilege of running with so many amazing run clubs, plus I'm the healthiest I've ever been. I've never had abs like this before.

There's so many run clubs I wanna shout out, such as @tomsrunclub, @panarunclub, @ldn_slct, @gymbusy, @runnpac, etc. But the ones I wanna shout the most are @povsrun_ and @overtimeclub_. Both clubs saw me at the beginning of my running journey from struggling to do 5K to doing half marathons in under 2hrs.

Now with a year's experience and three half marathons under my belt, I'll be tackling my first full marathon with Pana Run Club next month. Wish me luck guys and cheers to another year of running.

On Sunday, 15 OTC members took to the streets of Hackney to run of the most incredible races, not only in London, but in the world - The Hackney Half!!

It’s hard to put into words just how special the energy was on the day, just incredible. Despite a challenging course, the crowds on the day just kept you pushing with their cheering and encouragement. 💙

On Sunday, we had our runners running the half for different reasons. Some for Charity, some for loved ones and some for themselves; no matter the reason, we’re proud of every single of you who crossed that finishing line. 🏁
