🍂 INNER HOME IS STEPPING INTO THE WORLD! 📖🤍

On October 24, I’ll be celebrating the launch of my book, Inner Home, with a small, intimate gathering of women.

It’s a soft launch, just the way I want it — warm conversations, coffee, journaling, and meaningful connections.

I’ll be sharing why I wrote this book, what the writing process taught me, and how journaling has become such an important part of my personal growth.

After months of writing, reflecting, and creating, it feels wonderful to finally bring Inner Home into the world.

And this is just the beginning! 🤍

Last Saturday, I attended a Montreal Hive brunch, and I absolutely loved it. 💛 @mtlhive

I decided it was time to take Inner Home into the world, so I brought a few copies with me—and had the pleasure of meeting some wonderful women.

Our conversations moved from nutrition to how we perceive reality and how changing our perspective can change our experience. I met a jeweler, a holistic coach, and other women whose stories I truly enjoyed hearing.

I also had the chance to chat with @meryem.abed the lovely woman behind this community, who brings women together every month.

What stayed with me most was the feeling of connecting through the heart: listening, sharing, and supporting one another.

Thank you, Meryem, and all the women I met, for such a beautiful Saturday. I’m so happy to have found this community, and I look forward to many more brunches together. 🌿

Get ready with me for the @mtlhive Busy Brunch. ✨

As you can see… a girl was TIRED 😫😂
Waking up was definitely not an easy battle, but hey... I made it!

For today’s look, I wanted something fall-inspired, simple, feminine, and grounded, so I went with the Floral Bloom Charm Dress from @pshyniiesroom. 🍂🌸

I love how effortless this dress feels while still making a statement. It gave me exactly the soft, put-together fall look I was going for without having to do too much.

And hey! Look at my hair. 🤎

First voice-over: I am a little shy

If you see this, here’s the truth:

Everywhere we go these days, someone is trying to put us in a BOX.

But what if I’m the biker, the realtor, the calisthenics athlete, the founder, the community builder… and simply the girl who loves being all of it?

I don’t want to choose one version of myself just because it makes me easier to understand.

I can build a business and ride a motorcycle.
I can close deals and train my body.
I can lead a community and still be figuring myself out.

I refuse to be reduced to one title, one passion, one career or one version of who I am.

And you should kindly say no to that box too.
