POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Very early, and VERY rainy morning at the American Royal Open today. In the Invitational yesterday we were fortunate enough to take home 20th place brisket out of 169 of the very best pitmasters from around the world. Prime Heat and @snakeriverfarms Wagyu briskets are a match made in barbecue heaven. 🤌🏼 We were also honored by the American Royal for our 5th consecutive year competing here. Congrats to @hotdaddysbbq on their World Championship GC. Good luck to everyone cooking the Open today.

Well, we made it home from Ogden Utah this morning and had a great time. Utah is a beautiful state! This was our 2nd comp in 2 weeks and we have 2 more to go! Might I add we missed awards for the first time ever because we were enjoying the AC in the motorhome. First time for everything I guess...Lol
Here were our results:

🐷 2nd Place with a 177 whole new recipe #prairiefreshpork

Our next stop is next week in Ogden, Utah!
Congrats to @big_catbbq for the GC, well done guys! And also congrats to Ryan @badbearsbbq on his 2nd RGC this year, killing it bro! To everyone who heard their name called, congrats!!

Special thanks to @thegoodcharcoal for keeping our fires lit and @mudvillebbq for the great rubs and injections, @loomis_ace for keeping us stocked, and finally @blisspower1715 for everything he does for us!! These bacon wrapped asparagus bundles were 🔥. Started with a little salt and pepper and drizzled with olive oil and of course seasoned with Prime Pig. Prime Pig isn’t just great on ribs, butts, and chops. In fact, Prime Pig is aaammaaazing on bacon. 🥓 🤩 Give it a try.
