🐕 NEW PROGRAM ALERT 🐕

Thomas and Emily are launching a specialized Board & Train program designed specifically for unsocial dogs who need confidence and real-world experience.

This isn't your typical board & train:
✓ Daily public outings to desensitize and build confidence
✓ Hands-on work with our mentor pack of calm, balanced dogs
✓ Direct training from Thomas & Emily every single day
✓ Limited to just 4 dogs per session for intensive focus
✓ Community — A Facebook group will be created for attendees with the goal of having a place for continued support & community.

Your dog will learn how to navigate the world with confidence while building genuine social skills. Perfect for dogs who are nervous, scared, or struggling in public settings.

Program starts March 23rd. Spots are limited.

Ready to transform your dog's life? Let's talk. Link in bio to schedule a consultation.

I wish i could’ve held onto you tight today for your 13th birthday but cancer had other, very unfair, plans for you that I’ll never get over. I smile knowing that you’re no longer in pain but my heart still constantly aches. Have the very best 13th birthday up there, AceyLu, i love you more than words can say.

We’d like to take a moment to introduce you to Odie. This little 8 month old pup is living with us & our Dog Squad as we work to help him build confidence, work on crate training, walking on a leash, appropriate play & general manners.

If you follow @blainekennels at all, you may recognize him as one of the 4 dogs we took in temporarily after finding out they were all living outside in the frigid weather this winter. He was pretty shut down back then but he joined @bark_rescue_dogs in a foster home & has made great progress there but he needed some help.

Our personal pack is amazing for sensitive dogs & they have been doing great work already. Follow Odie’s journey here as he goes on a cross country trip with us to California 💓 Or just follow along to see more of his teef & amazing ears 🫣😎

All new episode of The Deserving Dogs Show comes out this Friday at 7:00 am pst. Can’t wait for you all to watch it!

HUGE thank you to @linnboyke for his dedication in coming to stay at my house over Christmas to work with the Golden Girls. Because of Linn I was able to go see my family over the holidays and know that the girls were in good hands and getting the extra help they needed.

If you haven’t seen @deservingdogs post already about the Golden Girls - one of our team saw the first video of them in the shelter & knew we had to help. Thankfully Angela is on our team too & was able to go pick them up from the shelter. She immediately got to work on their rehabilitation. That was many months ago & they are ready for their next step in their rehabilitation process— coming to our pack over at @blainekennels @dogsquadtraining .

They are already feeling comfortable with us, playing in their first snow, enjoying bones & our process of loading them up into the truck & then unloading at our next overnight airbnb gets easier each time.

Stay tuned on their progress— we can’t wait to continue the hard work @deservingdogs put in to these girls. 🙏 #feraltofriendly #finalchanceanimalrescue #dogsofinstagram #dogsquad #blainemn #roadtrip

FROSTBIT TONGUE!!! - part of his tongue is already missing 🥺 We picked this emaciated boy up from the impound yesterday afternoon & from the smell coming from his mouth they noticed his tongue was white right before they handed him off to us. He is the sweetest little micro bully - he needs us! 🙏🙏

We are at the vet now. He has frostbite on his ears as well. Poor guy was found a week ago out in the cold. He needs our help but we need funds to cover his expenses (& some kind of magic to break the apparent curse on us 😂)

ADOPTED
Fox is a 3 month old puppy who’s only ever lived in a crowded RV with an owner who meant well but got in over his head when all the adult dogs started having puppies. They ended up with 20 dogs and needless to say the RV was in rough shape with all these dogs living inside and no yard for them to go outside. My friend @love_my_spawn posted about this situation a couple weeks ago and thankfully she was able to help them remove most of the dogs so far.

Fox is a confident little guy who is looking for his forever home through @finalchanceanimalrescue. Please DM me if you’d like to fill out an application for him. Out of state adoptions are available. Fox is currently located in Southern California.

We have $400 in matching funds left! Every dollar donated up to $400 is doubled!

WHY DONATE TO Final Chance Animal Rescue ?

For Foxy Brown, who was adopted out by a shelter 2 years ago as a healthy 74lb dog - only to be found like this a few weeks ago. She is now on a re-feeding schedule with us as we work to undo all those wrongs & show her how amazing her new life is.
