We keep getting asked: “When should we take this?” And the answer is, whenever it fits into your schedule! For me, some days it looks like one serving in the morning after a workout to replenish with electrolytes, get my creatine in, and add L-theanine alongside my morning coffee for calm, focused energy. Then, if I get to the end of the day and realize I’m behind on protein, I’ll have another serving- bringing me to 30g of protein from RE:fresh that day, plus collagen, probiotics, electrolytes, creatine + adaptogens. And because there’s no caffeine, I don’t have to worry about saving it for a certain time of day. Morning, post-workout, afternoon, or evening- RE:fresh was made to fit into real life and give you the things you actually need, whenever it’s most convenient for you… Because wellness shouldn’t be another thing you have to schedule!!

everyone say good job sedona for not succumbing to a rattlesnake yesterday she’s literally never met one until yesterday and decided to have what felt like 10 years but was probably closer to a 60 second standoff with a rattlesnake. she was entranced by it and frozen and it was within 10 inches of her face staring fangs out and everything. how she wasn’t bit I really don’t know. but that being said if anyone knows snake training for a hard headed lady lmk! new horse going well and learned how to wake surf the other day! the sunsets have been insane and i’m leaving to arizona in a few days then off to joshua tree for a few weeks! life’s good. tell your people that you love em

We’re beyond excited to share that @trysolvera will be activating at Club Day on August 29th 💫 A mother-daughter brand built on the California coast, created around the mission to build one product that meets every aspect of well-being in a single scoop. It started with an overflowing vitamin cupboard and a search for a supplement that could keep up with the full lives of the people taking it. Club Day guests will be among the first to try it, with product samples on-site. Comment CLUB to secure your spot 🤎
